    I do the side movements at 3:30. Not something I’ve ever done before yet now I’m older it really helps with the straddle split. People don’t realise the work you must do to maintain flexibility and the strength needed. It’s a tough as any other exercise you do. It really is a totally different exercise of its own. A 5 minute warm up or stretches between exercises isn’t enough. Great work as always.

    GNT! Aaron, this is great! Thanks so much bro. I've followed you for a few years. Always enjoy your stuff. My gym has been closed for 2 weeks now (I was going 3 times a week), due to the situation. I've been home for a week in lockdown, trying to keep sane and keep fit. Now we are not allowed out at all :( I'm finding it hard to get into a good exercise routine and have really noticed that I'm losing my flexibility. And quickly!

    I find your tutorials very useful and as an older practitioner of taekwondo invaluable, perhaps in the future can you do an instructional video for jumping spinning heel kick. keep up the amazing work that you do.

    Aaron Gassor I'm training martial arts for 2/5 years and I can do jump spin hook kick for demo because my body is capable of doing that technique in kickboxing

    Can you do a video of progressive stretching not for black belts? If you try this without being a black belt you would end up frustrated 😞 or taking pain killers, unfortunately we are not all Spider-Man 😢

    Love the videos , especially the kick training one, only been stretching for two months but almost everyday, some days I have to rest but my kicks are getting a lot higher and quality is a lot better hips knees feel a lot better as well. Can’t wait to see what kind of content you have coming up

    Hi GNT I’m on a new account anyway so you won’t recognise the name, I’ve been a follower since 2014 won some stuff in a giveaway ages ago (250k one maybe) and used to compete TAGB TKD.     What do you suggest would be a good stretch for stubborn groin muscles. I’m pretty flexible as is however; when ever I go for a jump spin crescent kick I tend to injure easily.
    Any suggestions?

    Also had a question on time frame of about how long does it typically take to get to a 180 side split or straddle? And do you need a partner or something to assist you to stretch to that point?

    Very impressive flexibility. you may run from tigers but where will i hide fro my own fears? I am very inflexible from years of weight training and not stretching (fear of stretching). i have been stretching 3x a week 15 mins for 6 months but not huge progression...how often should i be stretching would you think?

    Greeting sir from Pakistan. I used to practice martial arts in my twenties. I am 40 right now. Should it be appropriate for me to exercise stretching and can I get 180 degree stretching in this age? Need your suggestion.

      Hi! Not Ginger but i am a martial artist also. Yes! Its never too late. I have a 53 year old student that has head level kicks and can easily split! I would just recommend to not rush it and do passive stretching 10-20 mins everyday in the morning or before going to sleep. Greetings sir.
