  • Hi, I'm Master Adrian with W1 Taekwondo in Portland, OR. Today, we're doing a full body stretching routine. In today's world, preventive care is the best type of care. Whether you aim to live a healthy lifestyle or you're an athlete, stretching is equally as important. Tightness of the hips and tightness of the ankles are two of the most common issues that can lead to injury.
    Today, Miss Skyla is going to showcase our stretching routine and I'll be happy to guide you through the process. Before we start, make sure that you are warmed up. You can do some jumping jacks or any type of moves that elevate your heart rate so you can do the stretching routine in the safest way possible.
