The words tht come out of our mouths can cause darkness or happiness in one's life and its better to b silent rather than spew out negative words (energy) towards yourself or others. I think the new testament is full of stoic teachings.

Someday I succeed to be silent for 4 hours but before the end of the day my talkative behavior jumped out. But 2025 will be my year. Imma be silent very silent and be a better listener.
