Try to say something positive if u have to say anything. Work hard at yr job and always help others. Express when yr tired or feel ill, others will relate.
Started speaking my mind more as an adult because my whole life I was told I’m too quiet & I should speak up for myself…. Honestly being quiet kept me sane & being able to walk around from things/people/places that didn’t serve me…. It’s definitely should be a tool that’s sharpened daily.
I really appreciate your insightful reflection on how silence helps us focus on what truly matters. It’s a great reminder to embrace quiet moments for inner strength.
Speak when you are spoken to. If you don't have any good things to say, say nothing. Don't waste your breath on those who don't listen or belittle what you say.
Silence is the best treat i have given Noise Makers who claim to know me more than myself in my Life. It has branded me names and Titles. that doesn't shake me at any point in Life. AM BENEFITING A LOT WITH THIS SILENT TREAT.
This is exactly what I needed right now. Someone said some things that were out of order. It's been playing over and over in my head. I had it all planned out what to say. I now am very calm and know to say nothing. Except hello when i see that person . If I have to. Thank you for this.
27:02 Such a great point. Staying focused on what truly matters and letting your actions speak for themselves is so powerful. Ignoring rumors with silence shows real strength and wisdom-it’s something we can all learn from.
Thank you so much for this wonderful wisdom. I learned to stay silent and calm because of these wisdom. It hurts me sometimes specially at work. I may not have that authority or power. I have to stay silent, calm and control my emotions. My leader is so sensitive, dominant or superior, when you didn’t make her satisfied or when you did something wrong that she didn’t like it, she will treat you so badly. She want to be talk in a nice tone but she’s not aware on her own mistakes and don’t even accept it. So for me she’s not a real leader who couldn’t admit her own mistakes. And when my colleagues tell her about me that I didn’t do this and that etc. my leader listen to her/them and then she’s gonna get mad at me and that is a one-sided. She should have to stay in the middle not a one-sided specially she knew that my colleague is a liar but still she stayed to her side and she immediately believed her. I think my leader reaction has a hidden animosity at me because she treated me different. Anyway I may not have authority or power God knows what kind of human I am. She is only my leader but not my Lord so I don’t have to worry much because one day everything what she has done to me will come back to her.🙏😌

Just this morning I happened upon a baby blue jay in my yard. I not long after noticed an adult blue jay attacking the nest of a sparrow. I took it upon myself to use my water hose to scare off the jay. Only hours later I found the baby jay dead. It was obvious that he starved to death. At his expense I learned a very important lesson: never interfere with nature.
The blue jay should have been feeding her baby instead of attacking another young family. I call that baby bird abuse. The jay should be in jay bird jail.

Don't seek for everything to happen as you wish it would, but rather wish that everything happens as it actually will-then your life will flow well.
That’s Deep
Started speaking my mind more as an adult because my whole life I was told I’m too quiet & I should speak up for myself…. Honestly being quiet kept me sane & being able to walk around from things/people/places that didn’t serve me…. It’s definitely should be a tool that’s sharpened daily.
Same here.
It's better to slip with the feet than with the tongue. Word!
Listening felt so refreshing! Being silent is beautiful. I'm happy I watched the video. Such a blessing.
Silence is the best answer. I have used this tool for a long time in my life and has saved my energy and made my critics mad😅
"I love how you delve into the complexities of life. This is exactly the kind of content I need.
I'm grateful for this knowledge! Wish I learned it in my 30's instead of 50's but it's ok. I'm at peace with it.
Indeed.
Silence is true strength.
Wise words !

This is the way I was brought up.
Powerful AF. I was quick to respond and react and found myself over doing it. Now I wait and actively listen instead of waiting to speak.
There’s power in the art of silence.

This struck me deeply, I’m grieving the loss of my best friend.
Silence is the best treat i have given Noise Makers who claim to know me more than myself in my Life. It has branded me names and Titles. that doesn't shake me at any point in Life.
AM BENEFITING A LOT WITH THIS SILENT TREAT.
I experience the same. It's really difficult.
I need to learn KEEPING MY MOUTH CLOSED this came to me for a reason. I RECEIVE.
This is exactly what I needed right now. Someone said some things that were out of order. It's been playing over and over in my head. I had it all planned out what to say. I now am very calm and know to say nothing. Except hello when i see that person . If I have to. Thank you for this.
I have learnt a lot as I go through a difficult period in my relationship. Am in extroverts but slowly learning to be silent in life. Thank you 🙏🏿
This video promotes wisdom to the masses
27:02 Such a great point. Staying focused on what truly matters and letting your actions speak for themselves is so powerful. Ignoring rumors with silence shows real strength and wisdom-it’s something we can all learn from.
I agree with your point of view
@@PathoftheStoic1 Glad we see eye to eye on this!
Silence can make us thrive!
I found that being silent made me stronger and builds confidence.
This is one of those pieces of advice that would result in hilarious outcomes if everyone were to try to implement them at the same time.
We should choose according to each person's personality to apply the best way.
❤ Stoicism reminds us that our power lies within-thank you for distilling these ideas so beautifully! . Quotes Thanks for share ( 12:12 ) 😊
She is only my leader but not my Lord so I don’t have to worry much because one day everything what she has done to me will come back to her.🙏😌
In a situation with a bipolar manic, silence is,
the greatest tool as of late. I'm a devoted believer that it saves my sanity(what's left anyway) but it seems to defuse his anger/ anxiety! Thank you for this website as it is truly a benefit to those that utilize these very wise lessons about personal growth that doesn't involve "what's trending now!"
my thanks!
These words are better than listening to a Christian pastor. 💯
Jesus loves us 🙂💗❤️🩹❤
@acckenemoazz652 Yes he does.... lots of the PASTORS LOVE our money 💰 & the power they can hold over some of us. Twisting the WORD of GOD!!!

Been with my wife for almost 4 years now. Still have never argued or said anything nasty to each other. Taking the time to think about the weight your words can carry will save you a lifetime of pain.
Encountering this channel is a spiritual and emotional breakthrough for me. Akin to starting a new matured life to face the world.
THANK YOU. BE CONTINUALLY BLESSED.
😢
The blue jay should have been feeding her baby instead of attacking another young family. I call that baby bird abuse. The jay should be in jay bird jail.
¡Gracias!
Your support and encouragement means a lot of us! Thank you very much!
I have learned the true value of silence through stoic philosophy!
Thought this way a long time ago, however the world went crazy. Thankful to find this again, really helps to navigate the world where everyone is literally out for themselves and will do anything to get it.
I have been practicing silence and 😢 it has become part of me life .....am living in my peaceful erra......
Absolutely! I've pretty much already started! The more I listen, the more I find 80% of all conversations are just air-fillers and not worthy of engagement! I no longer felt like I MUST respond to everything!
Thank you for being here to remind me that I am not alone. 🫶
I always thought being silent makes more weak. But in stressful moments sometimes it is hard not to be silent. I’m
Glad I saw this video. Before I wasn’t tolerating about anyone, but in the end when things cools down. I find myself justifying myself in order for my accuser to understand me. I guess silence makes me more at peace. Rather than explaining my to accuser my side of my story 😊.
This morning I am having coffee, ready to start the day with stoicism. Hopefully I can work this into all aspects of my life.
Powerful...but, for me, hard..I work in it everyday.
Hard as hell
My life has changed for the better.
I absorb these teachings and incorporate them in my daily life.
Happiness and peace is what I have found within myself 💖
Silence is a great way to demonstrate strength
I thank God for teaching me that Silence is a gift. I enjoy it.
