The entire reason for Tifas character to exist is to save Cloud and piece his mind back together. The lifestream scene is Tifas moment in the story.

I think Tifa won't be the only one in the lifestream with Cloud. The scene will (or should be) expanded to include other memories...Like rhose of Cloud's father, maybe some other characters he met on the way while working for Shinra, again the entire Zack/Aerith thing which he is a part of, that needs resolution.

Since you're talking about cloud's dad, do you think glenn is cloud dad ? cause some people theorize that on twitter

@@EzraMovies-vf6gx I would rather not answer that because it doesn't matter. I'd rather theorize about what the creators might have in mind, which a lot of the time the fans can intuitively predict pretty well.
The question of why Cloud was strong enough to toss Sephiroth around like a ragdoll didn't get it's turn to be the elephant in the room yet, and another blonde guy who happened to be an actual SOLDIER might be a plausible connection. It's not an unreasonable theory. Plus, it could provide us with other info about why Cloud might've wanted to become one, or what else could we have missed bouat Cloud's early memories of his dad, aside from him being a guy who got lost in the mountains. and what would his dad say to him if he was a figure of importance and did infact survive?
I think it's interesting..and to your question, I only know that the creators won't let this slide easily. Cloud physically killed Sephiroth during the Nibelheim incident and nobody ever shed any light on that aside from a non-canon OVA that implied he already inherited the Mako/Jenova from someone before being treated by Hojo. In both cases Hojo implied that Cloud was an intriguing specimen.

Yeah i also think it's unnecessary to introduce cloud's dad because it feels like it add nothing to the story, as for why cloud was able to toss sephiroth in nibelheim my theory it's because he had huge free will or anger towards him rather than mako power, i personally think it's much more interesting that way but the devs are probably going to explain how cloud was able to kill sephiroth, so we'll see in part 3

@@EzraMovies-vf6gx Hmm..I have to disagree. Especially considering how toxic mommy issues have become such an integral part of the plot. Sephiroth was born strong, special - the golden child - not of his mother, but of his deranged father Hojo who fed him lies about his birth, leading him to think he was a monster and becoming obsessed with Jenova...While his real mother who loves him more than life caged herself in a crystal until she's able to see him again.
Cloud on the other hand was born weak, or at least he sees himself as weak and is looking for strength all his life. At first to impress Tifa and make everybody in the village like him, then his ambition mutated to include revenge and a self styled obligation to live his life for other people's sake as well, taking in their burdens. In the end he simply fell apart not being able to take it because he didn't have a solid sense of self to limit him.
Some people think Tifa was solely responsible for bringing him back...I think that's just b.s. He took the 2000 gil his father left him to start his journey and that's a gun that will fire in arc 3 as it should. (Remember one of the pagoda masters in Wutai is called Chekhov 😅)

I think Zack is going to help fix Clouds mind. Tifa may be there too, but definitely Zack. Marlene asks him to make Cloud better so he can save Aerith. And Sephiroth tells Tifa that she can't reach him now. I don't think Tifa will be in the lifestream again, because she's already been in it once. She will probably have a different moment with him. Or it will be Zack and Tifa, and maybe even Aerith too.

tifa is going to be in the lifestream again just like to og ff7, it's big scene there so it's gonna happen again.the gongaga scene happen because the whole scene was a prototype for was about to happen in part 3 for cloud and tifa, and the reason this scene happen is because tifa would had some familiarity with the lifestream before the big scene in part 3, however zack could have some roles too to help cloud regain himself that's certainly a possibility however whether he's gonna help in cloud the lifestream or not remain to be seen, i personally think zack it's not going to be in the lifestream and instead try to help cloud in the real world, the lifestream scene belong to tifa

I respect your passion for the story and your opinion for where you want things to go. With that said, the lifestream scene is Tifas moment, it’s gonna be her that saves Cloud. If Zack ‘saves’ Cloud it will be in another way, not during the LS sequence. Zack and Aerith have a surprise moment for the story coming up in P3, but it won’t be this moment, the whole Gongaga scene in ch.9 is foreshadowing this moment between Cloud and Tifa, their characters are specifically written for it.
