    Most of my adult life, I have usually needed at least 9 hours of sleep. I used to feel guilty about this. Now that I'm retired I enjoy sleeping in and often just prop my pillow up and read in the bed. No guilt. Pure pleasure. It's the little things. Yes. Thank you for words of wisdom for the rest of my day!!!

    The last 2 weeks ive been working out how i can make my life simpler, i want to get rid of all my clothes & possessions; just keep what I need not what I want. I live in England & there's plenty of countrysides i would love to build a little home on a space. Only the last few weeks have a stopped trying & wanting to gain more, i want to give & serve more than I do. Thank you Todd💚🌱🌳

    There's so much clutter around advice in this space. Todd's reminder is what we are wired for. We aren't made to function well in this world we have made. I am alone in this world and needed to hear this as my starting block , thank you

    That's all true but if you lost many friends over the years, family is older and have changed , live alone, stress over money in this super greedy metropolitan 2023 world, and the way and how FAST the world is changing, it will suck the life and hope out of you. This isn't as easy as you make it out to be.. but i appreciate your perspective..I GET IT

    we came here to become conscious of the present moment , anticipation of the next moment is the key to happiness , expect nothing you get everything . we never get what we want , we always get what we are , Oh I like that ! 🐛

    I love your inspiring videos...
    ... im listening to all of them to find a way,... to want to live.
    I had a life altering traumatic event in my life, and lost my career job as well. My job was keeping me together!
    Im suffering from anxiety, and daily stress, insomnia.... and now depression. I hate life now, i don't like living. I don't appreciate anything,.. and i don't enjoy anything, even activities I used to enjoy , nothing. I don't even see family or friends. I just lost the joy of life. Im really suffering from my loss, knowing i could still be working if i didn't retire myself. My regret, guilt, self blame are terrible. Its another beautiful day outside, but there's nothing i want to do, nowhere i want to go. When i do FORCE myself out to walk,.. i don't enjoy that either. I don't smile, and im full of negativity, unhappiness, regrets. I lost who i was.

    What if you’re stuck living with someone you hate and is depressing and ruins everyday for me. How do I get up when he’s laying on the couch with TV as loud as it goes at 6am? I just want to stay in bed all day and avoid my life

    What if your ‘no reason to get out of bed’ is that someone in your family is hurting, that you yourself are feeling down and sad, not about riches or devices?

      If you could...express that to that person...if not possible..move away physically from them or delete them mentally...more than that find the real cause of hurt..is it them or you are imagining things..

    I go to bed at 3am, wake up at 8:30am, stay in bed until 1pm
