Hey bro! Thanks for supporting! There isn’t too much to it, the videos in this is a lot of what I do, normally 2-3 attempts of a hard move with 3 other exercises after that I’m working on, the goal is to not completely fatigue your body, you should learn to adapt to the movement instead of exhausting yourself so that you can practice it more often!
Idk what to do lol I’m a bit skinny and insecure so I started just hitting the gym and trying to bulk but calisthenics are just so cool and I really want to learn it, and I don’t think I would be able to do both.
your pulling strength is just INSANE
Thank you heaps bro!!
It's such a difficult and long path to get to the advanced level. Thank you for your video which gives confidence and motivation

Thank you my strong brooo
Nice one bra! 💪💪💪🇦🇺🇦🇺
Thank you bro!
currently i can hold FL for about 5s, can u give me a simple workout plant to achieve a FL touch?
Hey can I ask, how old are you? I am 15 and have been training for planche a few months and can only now hold the tuck for about 10 seconds.
mega improvement cuz
Thank you cuzzyyyy
What did you do for front lever?
crazyy
Thank you!!!
Do you think SAT is harder than One arm front lever 😄
I think a completely clean one arm front lever is harder than SAT but a one arm front lever with a slight hook or arm bent is easier than a SAT
Amazing! Can I ask how many days you train in a week?
I trained front lever 3 days a week and planche 3 days a week!
Can u do a vid on the atleast 1 trqining u did, or you just did atempts
Sure! These are my best attempts every session almost normally only 1 of the many sets in my workout
How long are your training sessions? And how many times did you train per week?
Roughly an hour to an hour and a half and I did 3 days planche and 3 days Front!
Negative to press is insane and you’ve been hiding the fingertip straddle :0
😅😅😅
Best exercises that you did for planche ?
Planche leans are amazing always!
any tips for starting calisthenics?
Start with the basics! Master push-ups pull-ups and dips first!
Idk what to do lol I’m a bit skinny and insecure so I started just hitting the gym and trying to bulk but calisthenics are just so cool and I really want to learn it, and I don’t think I would be able to do both.
Ready for to compete in Spain??
YES PLS
Bro what is your split workout?
Hey bro! I do one day push one day pull, 3 of each so 6 days a week
Hspu helped u in achieve straddle planche or not?
It can help, but it didn’t directly help me
l will never be able to do full planche
Why not
What Kind of Phone do u used
This is a Sony a7 III
Why does every calisthenics progression video have the same song 😂
True 😂
