      Indeed my friend I am stuck at tuck planche of 20 seconds maximum hold for 9 months, but then the key is always doing and following the right excercises that will strengthen your planche holds. Now I'm at advanced tuck, hopefully this year would be my straddle planche achievement to happen

      сфинксы пудины I am doing okay, you want something you have to work for it! What you put into it is what you get out of it. Your young and it will come easier for you but you have to keep pushing past the comfort zone. I push myself all the time and that is why I can do more than the average person my age. Good luck and stay strong of mind and body!

  • @erenyaeger7662
    @erenyaeger7662 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Well that's one of the best progressions. People tell you to have high pelvis in tuck which isn't necessarly the case
    In one leg planche,straddle and full ur pelvis isn't that high. So I'd say training an advanced tuck with pelvis as high as a full planche would be better that a tuck with high pelvis. That is because we are simulating the actual full planche more and we have more exercises to do in it. And also more motivation.
    I can say that you don't need high pelvis in tuck to progress to one leg planche. That is because when I could tuck with legs as high as my shoulders I could already do a low one leg on P bars. So when I learned advanced tuck with pelvis as high as shoulders for 5/6 secs. I could do raises with one leg! Which made me reach one leg/straddle!
    So progressions are not necessarly the same for everyone. Choose what feels best for you and don't necessarly think what people tell you to do are best for you. Because at this point where ur learning planche you should already be ready on how to progress almost alone.
