KLM has a decent economy class product. I appreciate that they opened the tray table and left your snack on it, but refusing to give you headphones was not so nice, it was included in your ticket already!

What the heck I will never choose a long flight without having a seat at the window

I did choose a window seat, but it had no window! That way, I learnt to always check the seat-map prior to reserving my seat, to avoid having any surprises like that one!

KLM deleted my baggage claim incident and never responded to me. I am never flying with them ever again.
It is difficult as a 19 year old flying alone for the first time. My computer was destroyed and my baggage was soaking wet after being left in the rainstorm outside in Vienna.
I urge you to save your time, frustration, and money and never fly KLM.
