I did this trip yesterday SAP-IAH- Frankfurt and I was stressed bc of this video and my tight layover but my bag was delivered directly to frankfurt without having to collect and recheck anything.

Saliste con nubosidad. La luz que viste es la Landing light, fijate que el borde de ataque del ala esta oscuro, significa que no prendieron la wing & engine scan light como si se ve en el pushback. Después de los 10 mil pies apagan la landing, pero cuando vuelan en nubosidad la prenden para ver si están dentro de la nube así ponen antihielo de motor (calefacción en toma de aire del motor) y vuelven a apagar la luz, luego prenden para confirmar si salieron de la nube y apagan el antihielo de motor. Ese es un motivo. Obvio que la posta la tiene el piloto de ese vuelo.

I agree with you, they have a very bad reputation. Their baggage handling is pathetic sometimes they even take your carry as you are boarding the air plain and steal your belongings. It is not a surprise that they destroyed your suitcase. People that work in aeromexico ara arrogant and feel very powerful at the airport. Sorry, I went through the same experiences. They stole several things in my baggage.
