Thanks for your patience, the project took longer than expected and I'm very into the training routine. Hope you're doing well!
@@muaymichaelHello, this is the best “ series” I have ever seen. Like actually, the way you’re improving every video is incredible🙌 I hope you read this, and succeed at becoming a professional ufc fighter🔥🔥🔥
@@ulrikdideriksen4705Ulrik my friend, thanks a lot! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Go big or Go home🎉 but don't forget that Muaythai is a sport version of Muaythai Boran which have many more techniques which can be use as a trump card or signature move just like Seanchai's🎉
And don't forget to learn how to use knee and elbow while clinching. (Flying knee), (spinning back elbow, fist, kick, teep),(catch leg+pull in then knee, elbow) these techniques can flip your losing fight to a surprise winning 🎉
As a Thai person. Thank you for loving Muay Thai this much. I will definitely cheer you on. If you come to ONE FC

Quickly became my favourite TH-cam channel! I’m leaving the uk in a few months chase a very similar dream. These videos are helping me so much thank you!
Love it! All the best 🔥✈️
Holy shit this Chanel is a hidden gem:D
💎Thanks!
I love this video. I want to know where you're training because. the amount of attention you get is marvelous. And you have really experienced people training you.
Im training right now at Bangarang in Chiang Mai =) If you wanna join, hit me up!
@@muaymichael I been thinking about doing a 3 month camp of training in muay Thai. however I don't think chiang mai is a good place for me because of all the pollution.
let me ask you how is the pollution there is it only during the hot seasons or yr round because I have asthma. if you're wondering asthma doesn't affect my active life much in fact exercise helps my asthma.
@@zubeyrahmed7266 Pollution in Chiang Mai is high in the burning season where the farmers burn their fields, thats from February to April 👍
I wish you good luck in your journey.
Thanks a lot 🤗🙌
Good luck ❤
thank you Itachi =)
🔥RESPECT YOU!!👍👍
😍I always loved the simple power of Muay Thai, no flashy moves just unrelenting brutality!❤🔥
Thank you for the amazing content, I am really rooting for you, great video and details. I just found out on your IG you are a Pisces also like me:D
I guess something is going on because I started MMA seriously in 2023 august. So I guess its a Pisces thing ? I did MMA when I was between 14-17 but I stopped then suddenly I felt like I need to start this journey again :)
You will achieve it!! :) Keep up the faith and passion :)
very nice video, could you maybe do one where you break down the costs to live and train there and share the gym you where training at?
Welcome to Thailand 🇹🇭 ❤🎉😊 and I hope for see you in Thai fights 🥊🤘🏻❤️🔥
Kobkhunkap 🙇
This is amazing Michael thank you so much for this cool video and the inspiration!
I’m also thinking on doing a very serious Muay Thai camp for this summer, any advice for another beginner who really wants to taste the sport?
Come to Bangarang and train with me 😄 but you cant go wrong anywhere, all gyms in Thailand are welcoming Beginner to Fighters level. No worries 🙏🏼
Hey that would be amazing!, are you still planing on staying for the summer?
@@muaymichael
Here since the start bro. Loving the mindset, keep it going strong dude. Will you still be at Bangarang gym for the near future?
Thanks my man! My 3 month camp ends mid March, then I will decide 🙏🏼
เก่งมากครับ ฝึกไม่นานเก่งขนาดนี้ความรักจากประเทศไทย 🇹🇭
I hope it will work out for you I definitely press my thumbs for you
Thank you!
MORE!!
coming 🔥
im in my third week and only just got a massage. boy oh boy was i putting myself through hell. the massage helped so much.
Haha can imagine, keep going!
Interesting that you say it's your shoulders that ache when skipping. Mine are fine, but my calves and feet ache after a few minutes. Good luck with your journey to turn pro. I would love to give it a shot if I weren't too old...
Brother the improvements you’ve made in such a short space of time is incredible keep working! What’s the gym your staying in chiang Mai I’ve never been there personally but would love to train there :)
Thanks man, wait until you see the next videos! 🤩 I have 1 1/2 months left at Bangarang in Chiang Mai
Bro absolute Legende! Zieh weiter durch man ich feier deinen Content so hart. Wann hast du angefangen mit muay Thai und wie sieht aus mit Sprache? Hast du die gelernt oder wie trainierst du
they all speak good english =) danke dir!
Zieh durch junge! Du machst das! Viel glück aus Deutschland.
Danke dir, send mir Grüße ins Schwabenländle!
Good luck mate hope to see you in one championship 1 day. 😊
Thanks my man, it shows me here you're follwing 2 months already! Love it
Try this:
Use your wrist while working with the rope. What i do is using my wrists than switching to my Arms, going back to wrists... Rince and repeat.
While you use your wrists your arm rest a bit
While you use your arms, your wrists rest a bit
😊😊😊
I want to do the same I’m a little bit older but already got experience in other martial arts.
Let’s see how it goes
With skipping rope, I sometimes have the same issue with my firearms burning out. I like to move the holds around in my hands or put them between my fingers to displace the effort, but also doing bodyweight holds on a bar can help!
are you a professional rope jumper? 😄 thanks for the advice!
@@muaymichael I've been learning Muay Thai for about a year and used jump rope as cardio for most of my triathlon training in the past because I can do it indoors when it's super cold out.
🔥🔥🔥
that's insane!
What exactly? 😄🙏🏼
Just keep goimg
Yes, thx! 🙏🏼
here before famous 4k
Whats your prediction for this year? 😄
Nice Video! All my best wishes for you road!, I have a question, what is the app showed ? 4:17
Thats my oura ring. Thank you!
Let's gooooooooooooo
Is it going to be a weekly or monthly format?
I try to upload weekly, but got I tight schedule
You're literary chasing the dream of many men between 25-30. Good on you bro and best of luck!
Hey Michael nice video! Can I ask you what is the name of the massage you went to in Chiang Mai? I want to go too
Message me somewhere, I can send you her LINE. (The "shop" is her home, don't want to make that public here) ig: muaymichael
💪💪💪
I saw in one of your videos on Instagram. You put ice on your knee after a injury, but it’s been proven putting ice on a injury is worse for the wound because it slows down blood flow, making you heal, slower and making more scar tissue appeal. the guy that invented the method even said he was wrong.
Thank you! I put ice and then hot rice 😄 should work similar to an ice bath with a sauna straight after
Can you say the cost of training in Thailand and recommend any gym in Thailand. I am ready to learn but I don't know how much it costs to learn can you say it in a separate video pls 😢 waiting for your reply ❤
für den Algorithmus 💪🏼🔥🔥
Legend
I love the video and your energy to success what is the name of the Muay Thai Gym?
Thanks for the support! Its called Bangarang
what is your gym recommendation in Chaing Mai? have plan to visit Chaing Mai on May@@muaymichael
Every Gym is good there
Next One Championship Bro?!
All the power for you man. Can I ask what is your age?
Im 28 🙌
❤
Which gym in chaing mai do you train at? Would you mind sharing a top 3 list please?
I didn't come around a lot, no top list so far 😄 I train at Bangarang rn
To be frank, turning pro at this point might be more than challenging. Well I guess if it depends on how you define pro. Still I enjoy seeing personal projects like this. Take care not to accumulate too many injuries too soon or it will be a lifetime of regrets.
I predict my pro debut by the end of this year 😄 thank you!
Your kick has completely changed compare to the early clip. If you review your clip, you'll find your weak point to improve. Then timing to defend/attack/interfere opponent and so on. Wish you the best krub.
Thanks a lot man 🙏🏼
Hey Michael i wanna go to Thailand aswell do you have any tips, no worries I am in a different weightclass hahah
What kind of tips? 😄 book the flight and youre there 😂💪
@@muaymichael is it really that easy? I already wrestled in the Us I wanna leanr thaiboxing from the Thais and Like what should I know about my gym etc and thank you I love your content!
