First home is too small the second one I would recommend an inspection especially if the house is over 30 years old just to make sure there are no issues and also to have a timeline to know the estimated upkeep costs

I just watched a video of a $536,000 apartment in Edmonton, you would leap in joy, every part of the house is just too excellent and way too big. I really hope jas makes the best choice.
