      Andrew The Beast3 no, he’s not at an incredibly low body fat percentage. I mean he has an inhuman amount of muscle, but there is definitely a lot of fat over it.

      I don't get what's so humiliating in not being at the same level of the best in the world, because that's what Lasha is.
      It's astonishing seeing how strong he is and I get it, but there is just one Lasha out of millions and millions of people out there, and he's not the one you should be comparing yourself to.

      I think he could do it, but more likely 230-235 on the snatch and the rest on C+J. He’s just so dominant in the snatch.. that’s where he’s gonna make up those kilos I think if we ever see 500. He’s young and his natural technique is still improving even, so it is definitely possible. Nothing impossible.

      ferney hurtado that’s on the upper upper limits but if I pose it a different way “do you think a young heavyweight could put 15kg on his snatch over the rest of his career” it seems less crazy because we’re only comparing the result to his own accomplishments as an outlier, not averages across the heavyweight board. He will almost certainly go for more than 220 in his career having already hit it, so if not 235, where is the ceiling? I’m reticent to put one...

    Honestly 255 with straps feels kinda weak imo especially with that bodyweight (belly).
