For my test now, amp/IR block must be in the middle of the chain. Then, you can add 2 blocks in front, and 2 blocks behind. You can't move whatever you want, unfortunately.
@@jimmyrocks43 I've got a feeling we're going to find out more at NAMM. I think software updates will add FX slots and allow them to be moved to different positions. I noticed on the Player Editor Rig Manager the two FX slots have an empty gap between them, which makes me think they'll add more FX slots. Also the Switch assignments, the option to use switch 1 and 2 and 2 and 3 together as another option is greyed out meaning not yet functioning...I'm sure that will be added as well to give 5 possible functions not 3.
Excellent playing. 👋👍 Pretty much every Profile sounds great. Keeping in mind, Kemper Presets are different to other products Presets. These Profiles are made by Michel Britt MB, legend producer Michael Wagner MW, Beet Meulendijk, Guido Bungenstock, etc.
@@jimmyrocks43 You have to admit, that distortion and the feel is as thick as analog honey. 🙂 With clean tones always use the Kemper Compressor Stomp upfront and Pure Booster. Also check out the Compressor in the Amp section for clean tones...works great when you're using your guitar volume knob to clean up a slightly breaking up tone.

@@Monkcustom Well, think about it, most guitarists have a pedalboard full of pedals in front of their amp because they're not happy just with a tube amp. If everyone was happy with the tone coming just from their amp there wouldn't be any pedal manufacturers in the world. 😉 When you're in your studio listening to a clean Kemper profile, you're hearing it through studio monitors at pretty low volume....it doesn't punch like it would if you were playing the same profile at high volume on stage. So I like to put the Kemper Compressor Stomp upfront to add some punch at low volume and the Pure Booster just to add a little dirt to the tone.

Can you make a 80’s lead presets like that amp/cab>chorus>delay>Reverb moving all the effects on the right (leaving compressor in front of amp)?

I never tried the tone x before. But I can say the user experience for the Kemper Player is pretty bad... I'll make a full video about it.
I have both, The KPP is far better than the Tonex.
You could do an entire gig with first Marshall Profile or the MB 68 or 72 Plexis Profiles.
I use the MB68 for the whole gig😂
