have you done the vestiges of divergence yet? also its weird to me that tiamts weapon was made out of a bone claw rather than an abishai, considering their HER personal fiends

Lolth's Rapier "Silken Spite" is amazing!!! Love it! Regards from Tabasco, México [Land of The Olmecs]!
Tiamat Is the one I would like to see show up next. They hinted at her followers making moves to bring her back (early in campaign 2), and since one of her most loyal generals now has the hand of Vecna grafted to them, I would love to see her become a major presence in the story. Especially if they meet a gem dragon (with Psyonics becoming a very prominent theme in campaign 3).
I just wonder if they can do that since Arkhan tends to get killed by anyone who plays a Decent to Avernus campaign, but I am sure Critical Role could get Joe Manganiello to make multiple guest appearances to PvP against whatever party would have to fight him.
Ya, they could update his stat block, give him extra abilities and a vestige of the dragon queen. Get joe as a guest again would be dope, especially since he said in an interview that where Arkhan is as a character now & where joe sees him in the future, it is very possible for his eyes to open up to the realization that he is only a boon to Tiamat until she finds a more powerful servant. So it’s possible to see his character fight the party & die, or see him have a redemption arch…and than die. Maybe he even becomes a redemption paladin of Bahamut.
@@JonathanMartinez-ei4up he is a red Dragonborn, him serving bahamut out of nowhere would be incredibly dumb. I’d personally prefer to see Kima and him go at it in a fight. Then the party can come in and help in the fight.
@@scg7442 Thats probably the reason why. They have been trying to distance themselves from Forgotten Realms and be their own thing for marketing reasons
The spider sword is my favorite. I love terrain useage and stealth like that. Imagine walking up the ceiling disappearing into a dark corner of the room and then appearing right side up behind the doorframe of your opponent. Total ninja stuff.
The Will of the Talon might be my favorite, the thought of using one of the Dragon's breath sounds so cool The Betrayer God I really want to see more of might be Tharizdun, because in Campaign 2 his name came up so many times, but they never reached "god level" with the Mighty Nein, so I felt like we were robbed of his appearence and bigger influence (other than that, Lolth because she appeared on EXU (with Aabria) and would love to see more of her)
Assuming these weapons are well known it was probably made by a Smith/enchanter inspired by said weapon. Like the lighting spear in c1 is very similar to ruins wake.
I had The Will of the Talon in a short 3 session campaign once. I never got to use it because when I revealed that I was the traitor I rolled shit on initiative and my friends stunned and killed me in 2 turns.... It was still fun because the DM had pity on me and I got to come back as an adult red dragon. Still sucks I never got to use it though.
I think Artifacts in DMG will be imbued with some amount of minor or major benefits and detriments, so you can modify them to make them fot your game. Like the artifacts wielders skin is rock solid, but they are bloodthirsty and need to drink someones bloood once a day. You can lookup artifacts for more infp
What is your favorite Arm of the Betrayer, and what evil weapon would you like to see make an appearance in Critical Role?

It's kinda surprising how little Tiamat has been mentioned in CR. She is probably one of the most iconic dieties in all of dnd.

Keep this content up! I love deep lore dives etc. I would love to see lore dives into cities, people, etc that are all a part of wildemount and CR.
Some Awesome Weapons thanks for the stat breakdown :D
3:12 It's not only one of these spells per day, it is each of these spells only once per day.
Was coming here to say this lol
My favourite has to be the Bloody End. Mainly because I like bane as a villain.
You're doing a great job with these videos. Are you going to do the Vestiges of Divergence next?

Great content lately! New subscriber
My battlesmith artificer managed to gain a variation of ruins wake in a campaign I was in!
The broken mirror blade kinda sounds like the dagger Nott got.
Assuming these weapons are well known it was probably made by a Smith/enchanter inspired by said weapon. Like the lighting spear in c1 is very similar to ruins wake.
I was thinking the same thing
You should do the Vestiges of Divergence
When can we expect a video on Vestiges of Divergence?
Why does he say it like Vespin ChlorASS 😭

The ruins wake is frickin awesome
Tiamat's weapon would be my pick for most classes and Lolth's for rogues
In which book can I find the statblocks of these weapons? Thanks for your reply 🙏🏻
There in the "Explorers Guide to Wildemount " which is an official product i cannot say if they are anywhere else, though
did you already cover the vestiges of divergence yet?
What does it mean by positive/negative/major property
What is this "positive negative property"?

If this is about the Betrayer Gods, why do you open with an image of the Gods from the Magic The Gathering Set "Theros"?
Ruiners wake
as a druid lover, i want that whip in the game
where did you get the stats for these?
