The gods of Exandria, like the mortals that worship them, aren't perfect. No one knows the 'truth' about their origin stories. Could they do more to help mortals? Probably. But two things about that: 1) That didn't work out so well in the long run, 2) That's the downside of free will. Mortals get to make their own choices - good, bad, or indifferent. If the gods did everything for everyone then there wouldn't be much point to living honestly. I do think the party is downplaying FCG's vision from the Changebringer as to what come if Predathos is freed. Even if that vision was slightly 'coloured' in its POV, there is no way that creature will be satiated once the gods have been devoured. And considering how much divinity is tied up into the fabric of the world, the destruction of that divine power source would not be good. Finally, giving much weight to Ludinus' arguments and motives seems unwise to me. This is a creature who has spent is lifetime siphoning of the life essences of sentient beings. For all his power, he has not helped improve the lot of his fellow mortals. Honestly, he simply wants to destroy the gods so he can become the new god or new world power. He's not going to set aside his tools once his victory is complete and become a simple farmer. And buying anything that Asmodeus is selling would not be wise - he's not know as the Father of Lies for nothing. Kato

Critical role needs to get rid of her. She’s a lousy DM, a boring player and an albatross around their neck. I never liked her beforehand but after this I flat out hate her. They got rid of Orion and Brian foster. They can get rid of her too

Aabria's DM style isn't for me she takes far to long to get things done. And that's the main reason why I never got invested in the crown keepers group while the players themselves I really liked when they showed up in the main series. My biggest complaint about this was the filler feeling of it when talking to the people FCG knew like dancer and seeing there reaction would have been big. And they very easily have turned this to a EXU: division special a extra contract for people who want it but this took away the choice. Now they are moving into the next stage of the campaign and most of the hells are wearing pieces of FCG and they haven't told dancer or Frida that he died.
