But with the new one such as Civic 2006-2010 onwards they have new version of VTEC that is called iVTEC which is more advanced and the VTEC can kicks in as ealry as depending on the driving condition. In conclusion the iVTEC is better and it can be on in early rpm gradually while the old one just kicks in and there is a huge notice. The new ones are faster.
