Hello Gade! Your MS in Business Analytics should teach you the technical skills in general statistics, quantitive business analysis, and communicating/or presenting insights. Just remember to network! Your network will give you great job opportunities.

Hey, I am an IB Y2 student and will begin my undergraduate degree in the second half of 2022. I love the job of business analyst and truly desire to be one. However, I am a bit confused in choosing the right degree for this career. Hi! I just finished my associates degree but I am not sure if I should get my bachelors in finance or accounting? I just know I want to be a finance analyst.
Hey Andres, I loved your video. I’m a high school student and I’m interested in pursuing a career in business analytics. I was wondering if the computer skills I need for business analytics are skills that are taught in university or if they are skills I need to learn on my own?
Selyan Makhlouf it depends on the educational program of the school you go to. But generally computer science or business analytics can give you a great foundation for BAs. However, I’ve seen other BAs with psychology degrees as well. I think it just comes down to how you sell yourself during the interview and what projects/internships you have on your resume.
Hi! Being a business analyst you should have a communication good enough to convey the things clearly enough to your client / other teams. A very high level is not required practically. Hope this helps 😊
I have a interview coming up for a BA. What kind of on the job training did you go through as I just graduated with my MBA and have no work experience in this area.
I was a business analyst intern before my full-time business analyst role. I would say learn SQL, tableau, and data anaytics. These hard skills are very in demand for BAs.
Hey, liked your video a lot. What kind of internships would you recommend to do during school? Iam studying Business Administration (1st year) and working as IT Anaylst, but thinking this job would fit me perfectly after graduation. 🤔
Hello sir, I am pursuing a bachelor degree in Information Technology and after that, I'm thinking to pursue Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analyst. Can you tell me This course will worth to me or not for my head start to a career and can you tell me a difference about a Data Analyst and a Business Analyst? and what about analytics or analyst can you tell me the difference between this two?
They pay around the same. And the require a similar skill set. Data analyst are more technical. If you’re great with numbers, try data analyst. If you love business and talking to people, try business analyst.
Of course. Business Analyst are data driven number crunchers that try to solve business problems. With enough dedication, I'm sure a business analyst can eventually become a CFO.
That was a very informative video, but I have some questions. I am doing engineering in Information and Technology and Business Analyst role really seems like my type. I am going to pursue some Graduate Certification after I complete UG degree in IT Field. I want to know that should I choose Business Analyst, IT Analyst or Data Analyst? And having a background in IT filed, will I be able to work as Business Analyst as it requires a background in Business filed?
Hey Chintal, if you enjoy process, operations, solving business problems then, Business Analyst might be be a better fit for you. If you really enjoy statistics, technical tools, and you might want to become a data scientist, then consider Data Analyst positions. I'm not too familiar with IT analyst roles, so I can't really comment on that. Best of luck Chintal.
Hi Andres, your video is amazing. May I know which degree would be better fit into this role; business information system or computer science (big data)?
That's the worst part. I'm myself undergoing an engineering degree rn and in my penultimate year of graduation, I'm very much into business analytics, finance studies and investing. This is so fucked up, cause my college is like one of the top tier colleges in the country and hardly does any such analytics company visit the campus for internships. They do come for job placements, but for the time being an internship is also a necessity. My point in saying all of this is, when you've a software engineering degree and tryna change your path, it takes a lot of guts and determination. Anyways, hope you get the job.
Of course! If you can learn software development, you can learn business analytics. However, be prepared to analyze data and learn how to effectively communicate to various stakeholders.
Hey Mr. Andres, such a pleasure to watch you doing amazing job. I am in 10th grade right now, in India, we got to choose commerce or science. So I'm interested in business field., but I think those who study science have a lot of options. So would you give me a advice on what to pursue.. 😊

Hey, I am an IB Y2 student and will begin my undergraduate degree in the second half of 2022. I love the job of business analyst and truly desire to be one. However, I am a bit confused in choosing the right degree for this career. Should I do a
Bachelor of Economics degree
OR
Bachelor of Commerce degree (major in information systems, etc)
Which would provide a more clear path to becoming a business analyst?
Hope to receive a reply by anyone. Thank you🙏🏻
Hi there! I have a question.. Is business analyst related with coding
@@abhisharma8901 business analyst is lesser into coding. However, Data science and all have more coding such as photon, excel, Java required
what's the company called?
Odoo :)
How old are you mate? How old when you started/left school. I'm was considering starting a bachelor in business analytics but I'm 24 not sure if it's too late for it.
Cool vid, cheers!
It’s never too late! Everyone has their own path. I know people much younger & older than me got started as a business analyst. I’m 25 now but I was about 23 when I became a business analyst.
Can’t hear anything clearly. Music is annoying. Are you advertising travel agency?
Andres i am 17 years old and i am going to canada for buisness mangment studies it is degree for 2 years and please give me some tips and the way to BA from my collgee please i will be very thankful
Network and build relationships with other business analyst on LinkedIn! Become their friends and be curious about them. They may even give you a referral :) Hope this helps!
Hi! I just finished my associates degree but I am not sure if I should get my bachelors in finance or accounting? I just know I want to be a finance analyst.
Both finance & accounting work! Personally, I prefer finance majors. Best of luck.
are you sales guy?
Hey Andres, I loved your video. I’m a high school student and I’m interested in pursuing a career in business analytics. I was wondering if the computer skills I need for business analytics are skills that are taught in university or if they are skills I need to learn on my own?
Selyan Makhlouf it depends on the educational program of the school you go to. But generally computer science or business analytics can give you a great foundation for BAs. However, I’ve seen other BAs with psychology degrees as well. I think it just comes down to how you sell yourself during the interview and what projects/internships you have on your resume.
@@AndresTheDesigner Thank you!
Hi, love your video and I want to ask: does being a BA require a lot of communication in person?
Hi! Being a business analyst you should have a communication good enough to convey the things clearly enough to your client / other teams. A very high level is not required practically. Hope this helps 😊
yes! Business analysts often need to present reports, data, insights, etc...
Bro I wanna talk with you, actually I have some dbts. If its possbl hw could i cnnct

This guy sounds like a badass
🥲🙏🏼
is coding required for bussiness analyst?
From what I know, it's not a requirement. But this may vary depending on the company / job.
Hey, liked your video a lot.
What kind of internships would you recommend to do during school? Iam studying Business Administration (1st year) and working as IT Anaylst, but thinking this job would fit me perfectly after graduation. 🤔
Thanks! There's many business analyst internships out there. Data analyst internships work too!
Thank you for telling as. ))
No problem.
😊
Hello sir,
I am pursuing a bachelor degree in Information Technology and after that, I'm thinking to pursue Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analyst.
I have so many questions
Can business analyst be CFO ?
Of course. Business Analyst are data driven number crunchers that try to solve business problems. With enough dedication, I'm sure a business analyst can eventually become a CFO.
WOWOWOW
😉
@@AndresTheDesigner Thanks for your reply.
It is really very helpful.😀
Hi Andres, your video is amazing. May I know which degree would be better fit into this role; business information system or computer science (big data)?
Both work! It also depends how you connect your major to the job during the interview :)
I am from a software developer background. Can I become a business analyst

Safe and sound
Hey Mr. Andres, such a pleasure to watch you doing amazing job.
I am in 10th grade right now, in India, we got to choose commerce or science. So I'm interested in business field., but I think those who study science have a lot of options. So would you give me a advice on what to pursue.. 😊
First complete intermediate bro,
Next go with business courses which is around 3 years course in India and still if you want to get best position then do MBA!
