Star Wars Vintage Collection 2018 WORST to FIRST Figures and Cards

- Hey Star Wars Vintage Collection fans! In this video I run through my worst to first of all of the 2018 Vintage Collection figures. This list only includes the 16 currently released single carded action figures and therefore will not include the Aphra 3 Pack and the Tie Fighter Pilot.
It's actually more difficult than it looks to decide which order these figures should go in. Some of them are quite obviously worse or better than others but when you get down to the top 5 or 6 it becomes very difficult to split them.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the video, let me know what you think in the comments, do you agree with my list? would you have them in a different order? Which is your number one figure and card back?

This list is almost exactly how i would rank it. The Han Solo figure looks like the same as what you got with the forcelink gauntlet lol. I still have not had a chance to get a doctor Aphra. That figure looks amazing along with Enfys Nest. Great video my friend!

Absolutely agree mimban stormtrooper super figure quite hard to find at a reasonable price got one myself a few weeks ago also love the doctor aphra figure and like you said the card back on the range trooper is excellent condition

Great video. I can't believe how far back the First Order stormtrooper is. I think it's a really great figure, with an excellent cardback. Still I can complain too much, people's indifference or disdain has meant they're easy to find for cheap.
The figure was repacked from the 3.75 black series so lots of people passed in buying it again. The whole of wave 1 was pretty much all repacks.
@@BossksBounty I guess for me, I'm one of those asshole who leaves them on the card. In that respect , it was a completely new thing.
Daniel Woodhouse you are not alone. I bought the black series 3.75, then 2 VC - one to keep on card and one to open!!
I've only seen the FOTrooper in pics, but from the cheap seats, he looks fantastic. Not a big sequel trilogy fan, but give us more from those movies. Of course, make 'em count...just a few smart pics.
For instance, have they made a Finn FN2187 fig? Maybe add the bloody handprint on the helmet. Add a sweaty effect maybe? Idk, but seems like an ez one

haha, That bathrobe is something else! Bossk likes to make an appearance. :)

In my opinion I think the range trooper should of been #1.
Was so tough to choose between the two, both amazing figures and cards.
Great Choice! Mimban Trooper looks awesome. I love the card on Dr. Alphra, but I haven't read any of the comics from that series. Death trooper is another one of my favorites with a great looking card.
So hard to split them, The Aphra comic is really good mate.
JYN could have been better !!! She should be remade as a Rebel Spy !!!
Apart from wave 1 and the mimban storm trooper. I havent seen any of these. Didnt even know they existed.

@@BossksBounty actually its seems like ever since 2012 2013 it's just been getting worse and worse.
My favorite vintage collection figures of 2018 are; death trooper, assault tank driver, Hoth rebel soldier, mimban stormtrooper, and the range trooper
Han should have been further up the list IMO. Fully agree with the number one and two though. Can’t wait to get the Range Trooper.
Was also surprised you didn’t mention the face sculpt on the Island Journey Rey, I think it is pretty bad.
I have seen worse face sculpts to be honest but yeah it could be better! Range Trooper is a hefty figure!
Actually found an Aphra a couple of months ago, but decided not to get it and haven't seen since which I now regret. Been thinking about getting the Mimban since they are everywhere in my area (pretty much the peg warmers of the line here), problem is haven't found one that I think looks right in the helmet as the "dirt" on the figures seem to just slapped on randomly and is different for each one.
Yeah I think Aphra may become a rare one. Possibly was only 1 in each case.

You do great reviews man. Really great descriptions & u keep it moving, not boring, etc. I wanted to ask you if you have the Mimban & Range Trooper 6inch/1/12th variety Black Ser. & what u think of them, I’m a Collector by what I like, not a completionist, & of course I have most of the 6 inch troopers. I might get the range one on amazon as he’s really cheap, but I’m debating Mimban 6 inch because he’s still @ around $30. Thanks!!
Thank you for the comment buddy, means a lot to get positive feedback. I do have the black series Mimban ( I think I was the first review of him on YT). I do have the Range Trooper too but never opened him, I got him really late for some reason.

Troopers are the best! It just never feels the same if you only have one of them.

@@BossksBounty ur welcome m8. cool name u chose 4 ur channel.yeah im digging th new sculpts on th new 3.75 vintage collection.the last jedi 3.75 5 p.o.a figs hav good sculpts but th limited articulation is very frustrating,its like being back on the 80s again lol.woulda have liked 2 see wedge get a figure for th 40th anniversary of empire but i think lobot or ugnaught will be th fan choice.would love that 3.75 darth revan as i cant get black series revan.some jackass bought all 3 revans from my local THE ENTERTAINER store.what a selfish stuck up nerf herder lol
Great list of vintage figures. Do you have the worst to first list of other vintage Star Wars carded series form 2010-2013? I would love to see list as well as the 6 inch black series.

Thanks for the comment Cindy, I made this video a while back so cant remember why I didn't have him higher, might have been because he is a repack of the one we got in the 3 pack back in 2012

My first thought was, "why isn't every repack on the bottom of the list??" But, then, of course, I realized you were rating in terms of the overall package, including the cardback. Though I really like the young Han has a figure, can't argue that the cardback is awful. In fact, so many of the pictures/images are bad. Bad choice for the Jyn picture, for instance. Some of the artistic ones, like Enfys, look great, but I wish they were all stills (albeit GOOD stills) from the films.
However, since I'm an opener, the packaging issue only matters for about thirty minutes until I get the thing home... :)
Oh, but really nice video overall, really enjoyed seeing all of these figures back to back. And the hidden bossk is always a delight!
thanks for watching and the comment Laurence. I open too, but I buy a set to keep carded (Only TVC) too. Hasbro mentioned that they dont always have stills in time for new characters and have to use what Lucasfilm give them. But that doesnt wash with me, unless all the cards get printed months before the figures are released. But surely they could switch over once they have a still from the film, they have done with Cassian.

Yes the shelves seem to be stuck with Wave 1! Hopefully they will sort their distribution issues out!
There were figures i never knew that were made....the stores in my area only have rogue one jynn erso and her buddy in the movie that no one wants
Yeah the distribution of the later waves has ben pretty poor!

Hi David, I got mine from Kapow Toys in the UK but they are sold out. Forbidden Planet might still have them though.

I got him months ago. In the UK we seem to get the exclusives before the US because some of our online stores order them from the far east. There are starting to show up in Walmarts now though (its a Walmart Exclusive)

Rebel soldier should've been out of the top 10. Not my favorite figure. First Order Stormtrooper is a great figure, should be in the top 10.
Thanks for watching, I was kinda ranking them based on the card back as well. I love the ESB carbacks and the Rebel Soldier one looks great. Nice figure too with soft goods etc.
