Just made this tonight and because the rotisserie chicken just falls apart it makes it so easy to make the homemade chicken broth; which to me, made all the difference. It really kicks up the flavor profile significantly. I added diced potatoes to mine, but forgot the peas…darn!!

I know you’re a great cook, but this pot pie is more more tedious than needs to be. I would call this a “gourmet” pot pie. I tried my hand at making this, researched a lot, and came up with a great video for a delish pot pie from a woman on utube. It knocked my socks off!!!! It’s soooo good that I don’t even bother with the crust. It makes a hearty soup as is. Simple, quick and a winner. I’m a new subscriber and I think I’ll stick around a while longer because I find you very interesting.
If you don't like mushrooms 🍄 you should grow up!!!😂😅😊🎉 Uhhh Matt...I have never boiled the onion skins to add color to broth. Ima pass on that. The skins in the produce section of my local grocer AND with COVID in all its 50/11 variants has me peeling and washing erthang!!! So...naw I'm good on boiling the skins AND don't even say the heat will kill the germs!!! 😂😅 Nevertheless, You always make it happen!!! ❤
