It's at it again! The Royal Enfield Classic 350 Finds more Country Lanes

- I didn’t intend to film anything on this ride out, it was just me and Betsy, riding wherever it looked like it wasn’t raining! We eventually ended up in Matlock Bath for a cuppa.
Ready for the home run, I remembered I had the GoPro gear in then pannier, so thought why not, I had a route on Calimoto I’d never ridden so that was the plan!
Not long into the ride and here we go again, road closed.
Betsy did a fantastic job finding great lanes and views for me. I couldn’t think of a better way to spend an afternoon on the bike.

I recognised a lot of the roads in this video from when I used to deliver cases of wine to pubs and hotels in the area. I was in that job from 2018 till lockdown in 2020 and covered places from the borders all the way down to Grimsby and Liverpool though not all in the same day I hasten to add.
Thanks for taking us with you on this journey. Enjoyed the views and scenery. Yep, always a few lunatics and Audi drivers, though not always mutually exclusive, out there to keep us on our toes. Be safe and enjoy your cuppa.
Thank you for this great video. I love to see the English countryside. I also have the very same Classic 350 as you do here in Thailand. It's the same black and maroon color. The only thing is I haven't named mine yet. I need to consider some good names. Thanks again and happy riding to you......Sal : )

Nice ride out again. Mentioning the combination brought back some happy memories when I bought my A65 with a very large sidecar for going camping. I remember giving my sister a lift, all dressed up she was so she was in the sidecar. Keeping it short, obviously no brakes on the sidecar, now we have weight in the sidecar, oh dear, came to a junction braked, and the sidecar pulled the bike up onto a grass verge.
Having struggled to get the bike back onto the road I offered to continue the journey and told her to get back in the sidecar, like hell she said I'll walk. Even more embarrassing, someone from work witnessed it all and I lived with that for months.
Happy days, you must have some funny tails to tell on biking, perhaps some revisiting of those hilarious tails.
Enjoyed the ride keep it going.
I remember doing an emergency stop when I first got my sidecar.... Bike did a U-turn. Scared the @#£&* out of the driver following me.

Hi Nige, that Muppet overtaking was a classic.
Just after I signed off the road was blocked due to an accident.
The van following me ignored the accident sign and cones, drove down the pavement l.
Wish the camera had still been on.

Thanks for the great ride out, as has been said, spoilt by drivers that do not know how to behave around a motorcyclist riding normally!! You need eyes in the back of your helmet!!

Beautiful ride, Dave! Last time I saw Chatsworth was on a visit to the UK in 1991... Re the sidecar lifting, a mate of mine used to carry a bag of cement in his chair to minimise the effect.

Lovely ride again with beautiful views , I having my Classic 350 in 2 or 3 weeks and I’m not any good with electrics on the bike I’ve got various things I want to to do , led headlight , small spotlights, safe and warm heated clothing controller , st2 break Module and Flux light.
I would love to see some of the cafes you stop at just the fronts of them so if I am out and about on my Enfield I could have a look .
As my hobby is checking out cafe's all over humberside plus Lincolnshire and up to North Yorkshire .

Nice ride Dave👍. Reminds me of the Brecon Beacons just up the road from me. Got to watch out for the sheep and wild horses on the roads with us. Not as bad as some pedestrians and some car drivers though😂
Well there's always someone who has always traved around on four wheels, and mummy said to him or her, motorbikes are dangerous. 18:10. Excellent video its always a great joy to watch you on your bike.🏍

Another super ride Dave, 2 years ago, the good people at Manhatten Motorcycles were kind enough to bring a Meteor for me to test ride up to the the pub on that huge roundabout up from Baslow. I rode it down to Baslow and back up, and bearing in mind I'd not been on a bike for over 20 years, those tight bends up at the top were a little scary! Anyway, decided against the Meteor ( and returning to motorcycling ) 'til that is, they announced the Classic 350, and the rest is History! Two years on those bends are nowhere near as scary! I hear Madam Satnav talking to you, but I believe she's in your pocket? Ancient Technophobe here who doesn't want a SatNav on the bike's handlebars, so is your method the best option for getting directions without gazing at a Satnav screen?
Hi, I have to confess I've moved over to the dark side and ordered a phone holder for the handlebars.
Having it in my pocket works to a point but seeing the directions especially when in towns with roads close together is better.
I've resisted upto now so it didn't spoil the look, I think the 21st century is calling me though.
