Hi Jacky, I tried a couple of triggers after a few people recommended it to me and I didn’t think it was all that special to be honest! I only tried it that once though so I probably owe it to myself to eat it again at some point 😅

I use everything on the fish
Tricky to fillet but makes a beautiful fish and ships or grilled fillet with the skin on
