I feel sorry for Scott Bogucki
So ............ The next night @ Lucas Oil, Timms blew by Sweet and took the lead from him.
Scott Bogucki saw this, got upset, and crashed on a restart in turn 4.
If Bogucki had just waited a few laps more, Timms choked and pulled in the work area.
Announcer said it was his arm guard, but everybody knew Timms got tired and gave up.
If the car is 70 percent of it then that explains a lot.
Wait a second..... I've always heard from sprint car people that sprint car racing is all driver.... " Your car is 70% if not more". I've always believed wing sprint car racing is the most equipment dependent motorsport in America and I believe we're seeing that to be true.

@@raymond3803 Lol. I would hope it would change the mentality of the sprint car fan and make them realize it's not all about the driver. You have to have a team around you that's functioning at near 100% efficiency to compete for wins on a consistent basis at the top level of virtually any motorsport. But, sprint car fans are a lot like F1 fans with driver idolization.

Mr. Holmes and Mr. Timms who put their kids in sub-par equipment.
It's so obvious, as soon as their kid jumps in another car ............
They go way faster than they ever did driving the family car.
Maybe less about being dead beat, more about all $$ , and technical knowledge , other teams have..why slam the parents?
@@Neil-f8h I always found it more difficult to work for my dad, than for other men. You have a point, I think, with technical knowledge. The 2 dads I mention don't hire experienced crew chiefs. Macri's dad did and does. Hense, Macri goes better in family car, than all others. Exact reverse of Timms & Holmes.
