Despite knowing that there is not any particular reason to watercool a console as it doesn't affect its performance I believe you deserve cudos for this implementation because it is, in my opinion, the most stylish attempt of this project in the whole TH-cam community!!! You managed to make me change my mind about console watercooling projects! Now I can clearly see it's not just a waste of money but the indication of true nerdish passion!!!
I really like this build looks great and is still portable. I want to do the same thing to my slim. I was wondering if you could tell me how much you spent and where you got the parts. Once again I have seen many other water cooling builds and yours is by far the nicest and cleanest while still portable, beautiful job!!!!! :-)
Isn't your order of flow wrong? this set up will be cooling your tank (creating moisture/condensation around it) more than you waterblock. i think it should be reservoir->Pump->Radiator->waterblock->Reservoir
Can you Pm me all the necessary things to get this done. I have a general idea on how to do it. Just I'm new to watercooling systems. Any help would be very appreciated.
I salute you my friend!!! Well done on your custom built PS3!!! Could you please contact me, as I would like assistance on doing this!!! Congratulations anyway!!!
I've got a PS3 slim 3004b model and i wish to watercool it the same as you. I'm not a complete novice with watercooling. The most i've done with my PS3 is change the thermal compound (Arctic cooling MX-4). Could you tell me what parts you apart from the water-block, as ive found this.... www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/p/Alphacool-Playstation-3-Waterblock-Cooler_27614.html I wish to do exactly the same as you. Also do you live in the UK by any chance? Thanks for taking time out to help me....much kudos!!!!!!!!!
Dino Picardo no not at all. all the added componants barely take any extra power and the power supply has plenty of extra oomf to handle it. remember the power supply is internal and that big fan on top doesnt just blow air on the rad but into the whole system and comes out the back (back of power supply too) like factory
this is the best ps3 liquid cooled on youtube. everyone else half asses theirs and you sir did a great job.
very much appreciated sir

Hi, I have a question, where did you connect the bump? Sorry for my bad english
where did you get your parts?
How do you power the pump and fan? Do use the on-board connector from the stock fan, or plug them into the wall separately?
all ran off the systems power supply. pump was connected to internal power supply. and fan connected to stock fan wires. all 12v
Cpu rsx temperature
Sir do you have step by step procedure ang materials needed? and how much did this mod cost? just an idea :D
What does the temperature sensor measure and how did you set it up?
+4everSuMo measures temp of the liquid in the system. there is a Y fitting coming out of the water block and that is where the senser is screwed into.

Thanks mate :)
how bout the power supply it doesn't overheat?
Dino Picardo no not at all. all the added componants barely take any extra power and the power supply has plenty of extra oomf to handle it. remember the power supply is internal and that big fan on top doesnt just blow air on the rad but into the whole system and comes out the back (back of power supply too) like factory

+gorillaE999 Thanks for the reply. A bit late, but all I asked. :D
Can you still tilt the PS3 on its side?

i can sell u mine or i can walk yuh through it
i could do myself but my harddrive screw is stripped how tf i get it off :(

***** a bit late I know but drill the screwhead off
Niranjan Kaneshanesan thanks
