This is a good way to crush a lot of kid potential putting this much pressure on a 15-year old. Some will thrive in it but most aren't ready for it at this age.
The best thing about this guy, is who he is as a person. Most humble guy, and the family is amazing. Much love little bro, keep the Lord first and stay up always my man! -Jose G.
It's nice to see that him and his parents talked about the failing aspect of baseball instead of every other parent on whistle that just talks about how their child is gonna be in the "hall of Fame" and showing off their 50 different trainers. Anyways he's got some serious talent!
Harper has a really good weighted OBA because he doesnt hit for average - he's an on base plus slugging type of guy. A modern slugger. Harper's MVP year was really something else - not only was he hitting for high average, he was hitting the ball hard and knocking it out of commission. Couple that with excellent plate discipline, and you have a man who's easily worth 30 million a year. However, as the years have gone by, his discipline and ability to find pitches he likes has gone down, and thus he's not quite as good. But in terms of plate production, Bryce Harper is one of the best.
Lauren Darbouze he hit a 500 ft HR at age 13. It was with an aluminum bat, but that takes major skill. Still he’s only 15. It’s like when people say Mike Trout is the greatest player of all time even tho he’s not even 30 yet
