Absolutely beautiful work! I can't wait to try these! I'm ordering mine this week! I love how you showed the two tone look and how the wrinkles work! Thank you for sharing and for your inspiration!!
Hi Where can I see the rest of thi project? Also, I didn't understand where the white paper came from or what it was. Last thing: What is the kind of sealer you used? Or was it a top coat? Thanks. I suspect this will be glorious when finished.
You can head over to serendipity.house/ and get details from Michelle on the products she used. Our guess is she used 220 grit sandpaper so that the details don't come off too fast.😄
Looks like the finished project is on the thumbnail at the end of the video. I would like to know, though, if there was some type of a gold wash put over the whole thing.
@@carlamhaight I does look like she used a gold paint or gold wax at the end. You can visit her over at serendipity.house/ and get details on specific products!!
You can definitely do that! Michelle was going for a wood-carved look with the birds (as though they were part of the original frame) which is why she did it after. It might be easier to do it before - definitely let us know if you try the reverse order. We'd love to see the results!
Very nice Michelle, thanks for sharing.
Lovely, thank you!
Thank you for the great tip about using the blank paper to continue the same texture. It's genius!
We think Michelle is brilliant!!
This is so yummy! Thanks for sharing it!
Thank you!!
Love all your projects
Thank you!!
So very pretty, such a lovely idea 💖💖
Absolutely stunning.Im truly in awe.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much, Connie!
I really wanted to see the finished project.
You can see the finished project on the thumbnail and at the beginning, but we'll try to do better at showing it at the end too!!

What sand paper grit did you use and what kind of sealing spray did you use that you watered down ? Frame came out so beautiful

Did you make the bronze bird in the foreground when the video start?
And the misting bottles.
Next time could you show the rest of the project and the finished product?

@@IronOrchidDesigns thank you. I love Michelle/Serendipity House. She is so creative.
@@carlamhaight She really is! 😍
Could you have applied the flower design in the corner first, allowed to dry etc and then apply the bird molds?
Absolutely!!
Is it possible to use the inlay first on your project and then add the moulds?
You can definitely do that! Michelle was going for a wood-carved look with the birds (as though they were part of the original frame) which is why she did it after. It might be easier to do it before - definitely let us know if you try the reverse order. We'd love to see the results!
Where can I purchase the squeeze bottles for my paint?
They are called first in first out bottles. You can find them at restaurant supply stores or on Amazon.
was very disappointed to not see the entire project completed. would love to have seen the sanding after you sealed it.
why can't you put the clay molds on top of the inlay paint?
You can!! Michelle said she just wanted to make sure she was able to show all of the steps and had some dry time involved!!❤

Don't understand why you didn't show the finished product. 🥴
It was at the beginning, but next time we'll do a better job of showing it at the end too!!
