not only does it make me happy at how beautifully they played the song, but also at the fact that kpop--actually foreign music in general--is becoming widespread. in monolingual societies, they can become heedless or unaware of genres in different tongues. though foreign music has been quite diminutive for a significant amount of time, im really excited to see how its popularity is starting to proliferate and expand so that all people of all backgrounds could witness and hear. music is a universal language, and we shouldn't let lingual boundaries prevent us from listening.
Not going to lie, I was surprised to see this. It's one thing to see other popular youtube-born musicians covering BTS music, but it's another to see it here. I don't know how to describe it. Maybe it's because they're known more widely already, and by broader audiences, through their tours or music. Maybe it's because they're not considered part of the usual targeted audience age range. Or maybe because this isn't one of BTS' most popular songs (though it is, arguably, Jin's most popular). It's beautiful, though, and touching, and it warms my heart to see justice done to such a beautiful song, and in a way that only TPG can provide. I really loved this. As an ARMY, but also as a fan of classical and modern music, and as a long-term fan of The Piano Guys. This was amazing and beautiful, and it's a stunning reminder that music can touch so many lives, even those you may never expect it to.

Not going to lie, I was surprised to see this. It's one thing to see other popular youtube-born musicians covering BTS music, but it's another to see it here. I don't know how to describe it. Maybe it's because they're known more widely already, and by broader audiences, through their tours or music. Maybe it's because they're not considered part of the usual targeted audience age range. Or maybe because this isn't one of BTS' most popular songs (though it is, arguably, Jin's most popular). It's beautiful, though, and touching, and it warms my heart to see justice done to such a beautiful song, and in a way that only TPG can provide.
I really loved this. As an ARMY, but also as a fan of classical and modern music, and as a long-term fan of The Piano Guys. This was amazing and beautiful, and it's a stunning reminder that music can touch so many lives, even those you may never expect it to.

Glad you actually read the lyrics. Many ppl r missing out on BTS lyrics or just stan them because of the dance moves. Most of their lyrics r comforting, esp. B sides in the album. But you should check all of the lyrics tbh..😂😂

I hope you've seen the original MV(click the CC for captions) and not just the lyric video because the MV is as beautiful and meaningful as the song itself. I would also recommend checking out other BTS' songs/MV, all of their MV has subtitles. All of their songs have meaning and it doesn't only talk about love but love in general and they also tackle sensitive topics and talks about society and self-acceptance, you name it.
