I've lost 25 lbs this summer by incorporating psmf into my keto lifestyle. The psmf bread/rolls adds another element to keep carbs at the utmost miminum. And by using lean proteins, I've used the fat on my body for fuel instead of eating it! Thanks so much Maria!!

Love this bread. Doesn’t always come out perfectly, but then I toast it and it’s amazing! Also, I sift the protein powder into the whipped egg whites. I find it easier to mix that way when it’s a thin layer on top instead of a scoop of it on top.

Can I put 4 Tbsps of egg white powder, a rounded 1/4 tsp of cream of tartar, a round 1/4 tsp Allulose 3/4 cups of water and then add another real egg white and white rice powder to get a fuller small loaf. I use the white rice flour and the white cloud didn’t cave but I’m trying to add a real egg white in .
Or do I have to do the real egg white first the add the 4 Tbsps of egg white powder with the 3/4 water .
I tried adding the Tbsp of white rice flour and it worked but the loaf wasn’t the mound of white like yours are . Probably need more powder …I’m the only on eating it so the smaller loaf pan works great for me .

So sorry to hear that. A well formulated dairy free ketogenic or carnivore diet is excellent for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis 🙏

I have tried my best to like this bread. I have made countless loaves but I have to be honest here and say I really do not like this. I followed your tips and recipes exactly. Its dry and it chokes me. Sticking to just not eating bread like products.

You don’t have to have bread. But my newest recipe for Hawaiian rolls might be worth a try. :)

@@MariaEmmerich Maybe I should have said all the bread like varieties too. Sorry, its not for me I guess. But it was worth trying.
