    I made this Pizza today and it was fantastic
    Having been on the protein sparing fast for about a week , 3 days at the time and then switching it up a day and then starting again
    I’ve become quite accomplished at baking the wonderbread and I love it so much
    Eating this way has gotten rid of the inflammation markers in my body and I feel energized, satisfied and healthy eating this way

    Hi Maria & Kai! This video was so timely! I just taught my teenager to separate egg whites from yolks and you should have heard me yelling for her to SAVE THE YOLKS!!!     The Kitchen-Aid stand mixer is a workhorse. I still use the one my mother was gifted by her father in 1991. She used it almost every single day. 😁 Thanks for this pizza crust recipe! I've been looking for a recipe that doesn't use almond meal.

    Hi Maria thank you for your PSMF bread recipe! I live in Ireland and will have to use whey protein instead cos we don't have egg white protein available!
    Tip for your son to be able to separate the eggs... break the egg into a small bowl, reach in with your (washed) hand and lift out the yolk with no breakage! Tip from John Torode Masterchef judge on Junior Masterchef a few years ago.

    I have been using whey protein and losing weight just fine.I understand it can spike insulin, though, so thanks for the egg white protein suggestion.

    With figuring the serving....do I take the cooked recipe and weigh it and divide by the number of servings? I may have overlooked a video. Do you have one on how to measure a serving for instance casserole, soup and so on? Thanks. 😊

      Yes, that is how you determine serving sizes. Divide the yield into equal portions in the amount of servings listed.

    You talked about mixing the egg yolks with your carton of egg whites to make scrambled eggs, couldn't you just use the carton of egg whites? If you can, how much would you use?

    Hello, where can I get pepperoni? Every one I find has either sugar or dextrose in it 😢 also, I bought your psmf books but the download won't let me open your suggestions for supplements and such. What hcl do you recommend? I've never heard of it but the way you explained drinking so much as I often do with lmnt. It just seems like I don't absorb well. Thanks

      It's difficult with some cured meats like pepperoni. Get one that is sugar free or at the very least one where sugar is VERY low on the ingredients list (it is used for the curing process) and 0 carb 🙏

    Can this be made the same way as "The Easiest Protein Sparing Bread Recipe", where you just use the egg white protein instead of egg whites, and add water?

    If you add carton egg whites to your leftover yolks, why wouldn’t you just use carton egg whites for this recipe? Would it turn out the same?

      Yes you can use carton egg whites, some have trouble getting to form stiff peaks. :)

    When do you freeze the pizza? (after you bake it the first time) and do freeze it with the toppings on it and in the pan? How long will it last in the freezer?

      You bake the crust, like the directions say, then add all the tops and sauces, then freeze it. It will last weeks if not months in the freezer.

      Preheat oven to 400 degrees. First time in oven 10 minutes. Then add your toppings and after you add your toppings ten more minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling

    What is the texture of the crust like? Meringue? Primal Kitchen is uber expensive...maybe too expensive for us median income folks. You can simply use plain tomato sauce with some olive oil and spices instead of buying a premade sauce.

      The crust is yummy, you can have a softer crust if you keep it thicker or slightly crispy crust if you make it thinner. Tomato sauce a nd spices is fine. :)

    You mentioned whey protein does not help weight loss. Why is that? Also, Ive seen your macro calculator. What settings do you suggest for those that are nursing but want to lose some weight?

      Whey is dairy and can be inflammatory. Protein is very important for breast feeding, make sure you are meeting or exceeding your protein macro. Also be sure and stay hydrated. :)

    I followed the directions to a T but it came out BAD. It looked delicious but the crust felt like I was chewing on styrofoam or a sponge. I know this because as a child, I chewed on styrofoam lol. I may try it again and reduce the cooking time, but idk.

    I really wanted to like this recipe because I use and enjoy the PSMF Bread nearly every day. But, it was so much like chewing a piece of Styrofoam that I finally scraped my toppings off and just ate those and threw the crust away. Sorry, Maria. Just didn't work for me.

      It is a PSMF recipe, no dairy. You can use cream of tartar if you choose, I do not use it. 😊

    I have been wanting to jump in with the Keto & PSMF lifestyle, but to be honest I am struggling with finding ANY recipe that is an acceptable substitute for REAL bread! I've made keto bread & it has a texture and taste that I can't deal with. I tried the PSMF bread and it is truly like eating a mattress! No FLAVOR and the texture is NOTHING like the real thing. I have come to the conclusion that for people who like keto bread or PSMF bread, it has just been too long since they've eatten real honest to good yeast bread and they've forgotten how inimitable it is. I WANT to love this bread, but truthfully it tastes nothing like bread.

      Then you are doing something wrong in making it. It should be soft, not necessarily a flavor but not offensive either. Nothing is going to be like bread you used to eat. If you are approaching with that mindset you will not like it. :)
