    Thanks for the motivation! I am sooooo nervous but excited but also NERVOUS! For cross training I do yoga, the stationary bike and rower and also walking! I'd like to start walking more and make it a daily thing like you mentioned because I know it's aerobic fitness building :) I'm working on my base building so 80-90% of my runs are superrrr slow to keep the heart rate low -- I know the feeling when people pass you and you want to scream "you know I can actually run a lot faster than this!!! This is not my normal pace!!" lol! Anyways, can't believe this training is coming to a close! Hope to see you at the starting line --- because I'm a slow runner I probably won't see you on the course >_

      A nice mix of activities for cross training. Slow is still good. Keep at it. -- I'll be in the open corrals at the start line (which is usually towards the back), so if you're around that area come and say hi. :)
