@@ThePatrak4 If you're European or USA based: It's equivalent to about 115 euro/dollar. I sincerely hope your bank account has a little more than that.
Pete, the assumption that all of us who found our way here are familiar with the game is incorrect. I can promise you I’m not the only one who found his way here because it is *you* posting a video about basically anything. 😃
I LOVE this game, Played 3 times, the best medieval simulator ever made, I'm going to die in this hill, can't wait for the second game, I haven't watched a second of the video, but you have my like, and Please keep going, Watching this series is going to be my new religion
Oh how I wished for this to be a full completionist/achievements walkthrough, but a miniseries is really great too! I still keep my fingers crossed and hope for a full series on KC:D. Love you man
Holy crap! I've been playing KCD again for those last few days (also a HC mode with all defects) at the same time I came back to your channel and started rewatching your Rimworld series again. That's a great coincidence you are now starting this series also!
Hey Pete, I'm loving your narrative-driven series! They're seriously so engaging, and I've been hooked on every episode ever since i found your rimworld videos some years ago. It would be absolutely amazing if you could somehow bring that style to Kingdom Come Deliverance. Just imagining the possibilities and the entertainment it would bring, gives me chills!
Holy shit, im so glad to see you play this. I commented years ago about wanting to see you play it when the game first came out! Glad i stuck around to finally see this
Still haven’t seen the video, knowing very little about the game… I can already say this is a banger series. Couldn’t imagine someone better than you to play this!
Valuable video, Pete. Thanks. I've had my eye on this game but wasn't sure if I wanted to buy it. This series might push me over the edge. Love the channel.
"Two hours picking herbs and punching cows" was exactly the preconception I expected to see you explode; I've seen or skipped through so many of those by now! XD This was a great best-of starter video with the power of 6 years' hindsight. I found that many of the longer term achievements or stat/skill grinds are pretty easy to max out after arriving in Rattay and opening up the free roam. This is good for doing a good guy Henry playthrough where you don't play the usual m!rder hobo routine and do no crimes. As you and other guides have said, speech is defo the hardest to max out. I think I had maxed everything else out to 20s (NOT doing a good guy run) by the time I only reached Speech 13 or so. And the 10,000 herbs picked come sooner than you think, just by picking the herbs necessary for mass producing some Lazarus potions for sale (comfrey and valerian) or your favorite combat potions, so I wouldn't sweat picking nettles beyond the first 100. You may cover this later in this series, but one tip I've seen that helped with early game potion management, before you get the autobrew and 3x potion brew perks, is to apply potions to water in your inventory. Many types of potions will apply 1 potion to 5 water, with no alcoholic effect and keeping the water's nourishment level. This massively stretches your potion supply, as well as allowing you to slam down a combat cocktail of 3-5 potion-effect waters without getting the glutton debuff or drunk. I typically use this for the combat-relevant buff potions and healing. Won't work for the poison/bane/dollmaker potions for weapons/arrows, b/c the resultant water can only be consumed, not applied to weapons, stew pots, bandit wine, etc. I think Cockerel potion also won't work this way; only outlier I remember noticing.
Yessss I will watch all of this series! I finished this game 5 times on Xbox One. I traded it for a PS5 in December And I'm finishing it again until the second one comes out in February. Very good choice!
This is one of my favourite games that I've played on and off since release. That being said, I only just completed it a few days ago to get ready for the sequel.
Yeah, I'd always advice getting some surge protection if you don't live in a fairly modern home (this may vary depending on what laws the country you live in have/had). Are you sure the whole computer is fried, and not just the power supply unit? The latter can be fairly cheap and easy to replace on a stationary computer. If you have a local parts shop, they might even lend you a used one to test it out before you buy something new. :)
@diazinth the weird thing is that it somewhat works. Its just cant connect to the internet not through wifi not through aethernet cables not through anything. And by now its an older machine so I plan on getting an upgrade. Had my pc builder electrician friend check it out and he couldnt understanf how it could happen.
@@ingloriuspumpkinpie9367 I guess your only recourse at this point is to either pray to the machine spirit, or give it a proper send off. That’s weird, but not unheard of. :) Also, having your network equipment on surge protection can be good, at least if you’re connecting to it through copper cables, a favorite of electrons world wide. Another benefit of fiber is that they prefer light. :p
I understand why you wouldn't commit to a full series though for a game I've tried to get into and struggled, I would love to see it. Either way thanks for the tips, I welcome any more videos you decide to make on it. Best of luck with your new career decision!
Tip for locking picking with the controller, with the simplified controls, rather than using your right thumb alone to try and keep the lock in position, hold the thumbstick between your thumb and forefinger using the movement from your elbow to maintain the rotation position. You'll find it much easier to stay in the sweet spot. If you do go all in on pursuing Lockpicking, you can rob quite a lot in Skalitz, even the very hard chest in the Traders and The Tavern, if you pick the perk luck of the drunk. Just have a beer and in a couple of seconds the perk will activate and increase your effective lockpicking skill by 30%, on the negatives you do make more noise, but you can compensate with that later on with another perk. However in Skalitz it's all good.

I hope a miniseries in the same way that Tactical Breach Wizards was supposed to be!
Hmm there is a small repetition of the introduction in the first minutes
I dig the shorter videos in a multipart series.
Legitimately impressed at the upload speed, please make sure to prioritize your mental health tho (:
If I want to watch 100% playthrough with story, who should I watch?
If I wanted to watch anyone play this, it's you.
100% agreed 😊
I love kdc and I love Pete… I am very excited
Couldn't agree more
couldn't agree more!
Agreed
Thanks Pete! This is what you say when the perfect gamer leaves his job and does more for himself. Love you Pete!

Eugh. No thanks.
fr like halfway through the vid I was like "I should play BG3..."

Wow, that was a lot, just for the prologue of the game! I would love, love, LOVE to see an actual playthrough with you, Pete!
Wow I just started playing Kingdom Come this week for the first time and now Pete is dropping this! Amazing :D

Loved this first episode. I know it is titled a tutorial, but it felt a little like a play-along, I hope it continues like this 👍
That's the plan!
Omg. You are the best, I wasn't expected this one. It's a game I loved but never finished!
JESUS CHRIST BE PRAISED. Just finished KCD this year and now you're doing it! Love it Pete
Valuable video, Pete. Thanks. I've had my eye on this game but wasn't sure if I wanted to buy it. This series might push me over the edge. Love the channel.
Definitely the best historical realism RPG I've ever played. I've had so much fun in KCD!
Now this is a treat! And excellent timing too. I expect a lot of people are trying this game out during this time in anticipation of KCD2.
HELL YEAH! IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND A GOOD KINGDOM COME PLAYTHROUGH AND YOU COME THROUGH YOU LEGEND! Looking forward to this
This is the kind of thing I didn't know I needed untill I got it. Thank you, this is amazing.
I loved it Pete tyvm! Having your calm voice in the background while playing some rimworld is incredibly calming
Pete Complete on my favorite RPG of all-time? Totally out of left field but I'm all here for it!
Always loved your approach on games and this game is definitely perfect for a guide with your playstyle.
I was just looking around for a good playthrough of this game and now you deliver, guess I know who I am watching now lol

Hi Pete!
This is a great video! (And a great idea for how to create and release this little mini-series.) I'm looking forward to watching more!
Watching Pete complete KCD would certainly make up for the fact I won't have time to replay the first before 2 comes out.
Omg! Would love to see you do a legit playthrough of this game and turn it into a full series!
Please do a full series of this!
If you can of course 🤗
Would love to see a series of this from you Pete

God, KCD was so good, but it's such a struggle to get through at first. Every movement feels like you're wading through mud. This is so helpful!
Really enjoyed this Pete :)
I am getting hungry to gobble this KCD series.

I’ll never play this game, but I always watch Pete.
No way haha :D i started playing it yesterday for the first time after owning it for years now, this is perfect timing 😂
