100% agreed! Luckily in this game there are only a few immortal characters in the main quest (outside the tutorial). I was to say 9 people in total, maybe a couple more if you include the DLC. Not quite the same freedom as Fallout New Vegas, but pretty good, considering Henry already wiped out 155 NPCs just in the tutorial areas, so I am afraid about how high this counter is going to go! :P

Haha, the second play through is the best for KCD to be honest! For me the first time through, I was being careful, trying not to make NPCs mad or anything. But after beating the game I was like screw this! Time to be a jerk, and that is when the game really opened up for me!

Got to clear out all the 1403 country side, Henry is making way for new building prospects in the region. Oh god, that makes him sound way more evil that usual.
Radzig must've been playing Mount & Blade 2 while similarly shooting down Vlandians and Battanions with an explosive shotgun with AK47 on his back playing as Gavin but never noticed Henry kept massacred every people of Skalitz at the background.
I would've been proud of Sir Radish if he was actually taking down the Vlandians death stacks for me, unlike my other NPC so called allies who funnel 100 man armies into 1200 doom stack armies that they have been bringing around. And right when I have them on the ropes and cut down their armies and capture most of their lords, they do a peace that does nothing but let them rebuild that death stack. No no, I didn't have problems with them recently in Bannerlord :P
That knocking sound has not business going that hard in the middle of the night with headphones on. Sometimes I have remind myself with editing that its just a sound effect, not the door.

I do like the fact that Henry's dad, witnessing the village completely destroyed is only concerned about getting cold ale from the Inn. A true father if there ever was one. :P
i played kcd literally 90 days of summer 2020, my favorite medieval rpg of the last decade alongside with skyrim ant witcher 3, hyped af for kcd2, great vid! so funny! 100% gonna watch 2-nd part!

Well, its not just any normal killing spree. Its one where we got to hunt down all the special spawn characters and try to get them all. Sort of like some angry drunk Pokemon hunter or something.
The two main challenges that lie ahead of you will be immortal story NPCs being hostile and demanding 700 groshen to speak to you otherwise you can't advance the plot (and you can not pickpocket a refund) and initiating quests to spawn certain unique NPCs to add to the graves. Side note: there is a fun interaction Nightingale has if you kill the gate guards before going on the town patrol and he doesn't care about anything you do while he gives you the tour, killed people in front of him and no reaction, just keeps talking.

@@atanarix5346 But you're 100% correct. The extra lines recorded just incase for those situations where Henry had to go on a mad rampage to make that happen is incredible. Some of those situations I am not certain if they made the lines just in case the game bugged out and the guard wasn't there or that they were aware that people would do this? Hard to say with the track record of the bugs in the game, but ill give the benefit of the doubt :P
Its good to play KCD again a bit :D I needed a year to cool down but I feel right back at home doing a little cleaning up, but you're right that it is a good stress relief doing this :P

But no no, in that cinematic the guard exists only there, and no one is inside that gate house. Would be funny because after you kill all the guards in the rest of the area, all the villagers would start running to his position making it an easy balled up target to clean up :P
I have translated the Cuman dialogue before, but I wouldn't trust my translations :P But when I do correctly translate them, the conversations are either hilarious or either a bit spicy. Well worth doing whenever you see cutscenes or quests with them.

Yey! You're back! 🎉 Did you know you can 'kill' Zbyshek?! In Skalitz if you follow him home and wait till he's eating you get the kill option... He comes back to life later for story reasons but it sure is satisfying! Hope you're well Helical!
Haha its good to see you back again too! I did not know about the "kill option when he eats" ill have to check that out. From what I thought in this game since time is standing still sort of, that none of the villagers eat during this time. He loses his immortality tag right after the dung quest, so that is a bonus there. And I think we can kill him one more time during this play through :P I do have to say I was trying quite a bit to get out of Skaltiz when you go back to the village and Zbyshek ran out. I was trying to get a shot at him since he might not be immortal again? but that is alright, most of the character only need to get killed once ;)

I'm certain it's after the dung throwing as everyone just goes back about their business and set npc routines. If you like I can try emailing the clip or house location? But that said if you keep away from the tavern before the cut scenes trigger I'm sure the NPCs go about their routines and the house in question is on Kunesh's side of the village...

I'm doing a 'Merciful' run and it's pretty frustrating at times not being allowed to kill anyone, even in self defence. Watching you do the complete opposite and kill everyone gives me the strength to continue.
The merciful run is just torture at times. The only thing you can do is punch people and run. When I did my run, I basically just ran as fast as I could and just B-lined it to the end of the game, so it wasn't too enjoyable for me other than doing a speedrun haha :P
Its a classic, we can't leave Peshek out in the cold like that! During this play through ill see if I can find some more voice lines to go along with it :P

I think that after beating the once, that is true that the game's true fun is going into full war mode and just taking everyone out. Playing the game is fun for me up until you get to the Monastery mission, not that mission is that bad, its just the game starts to feel like its a slog at that point and you still got like 20+ hours to go!
Kinda reminds me of when I spontaneously decided to do a New Vegas serial killer run where the rule was to kill everyone without being detected once. I got halfway through the casinos until I was like what the hell am I doing? I didn't do any quests or talked to anyone or anything, just wandered from town to town stealth killing all NPCs before moving on. I guess I was role playing as a slasher movie villain.
New Vegas is one of those games that just lets you finish the game if you want to take everyone down. Its like the devs planned for it, where the only unkillable person is Yes man, but I mean you can kill him but it keeps coming back lol But fantastic game to just chill out and start wiping out New Vegas :P This one lets you do it mostly, there are about 10-15 immortal people but other than that, everyone else is fair game :P

I don't show it in this episode, but I want to say in the first episode of my "Hardcore Henry" series, I show another bug how you can level up quite a bit. Also it has a similar feel to this style of editing, so the Henry is still a jerk, just not trying to kill everyone, well on purpose. :P

That is such a strange glitch. I was doing the edits and what I noticed is that there were two stools under Stephanie, one off from the other and I wonder if that stool was suppose to be under Henry? but then it was over there and that is why he sat over there instead of the bed. But honestly, I haven't seen Henry sit normally on the bed at all.
I am glad you love the little sound effects! I wish I knew how to mod better, because I would love to make a KCD sound pack where you get all the bonks, donks, and boops in your own play through :P
Are you talking about the horse with the cumans or the cows? Cows you can kill that slowly walk back, but they're a pain in the butt because of the terrain. That one horse I am fairly certain is immortal. I didn't show the full footage of me plowing 5-10 more arrows into its head when it came to complete stop and waited. While the other horses never stood a chance even after 2-3 arrows. I want to say that horse the devs were thinking that you were meant to pick up and they wanted it to be immortal so if you ride with it during the cuman chase it doesn't die if they hit your horse enough. However, I want to say they throw you on Olena anyways. I would have to do some testing on that, but I am curious enough about the horse's immortality question enough to go back and test again, that would be a strange situation that we might be able to abuse in the game :D

Well, I will say this game makes it well enjoyable to go off and cause havoc like that. I really do wish other newer games allowed us to do the same, it would make some of them more enjoyable in terms of chaos.
Honestly, when I mentioned at the end, that the game recorded "155" killed, I thought it was lying and maybe accounting for all the knock out "fake deaths" of Kunesh, I did a few on him :P But after doing the kill counter all the way, and it was that high, then like, oh my, this is a lot of people to go through and I haven't even got past the tutorial, oh god. :P
Robard standing over Henry the slaughterer of men, women and children with his hand on his sword would’ve been a better ending of the story than the real campaign.😂
28:38 It's clear what happened there: she couldn't believe the arrow had bounced off her head, so she slapped herself to check she wasn't sleeping and accidentally knocked herself out.
The arrow bounce off people's heads is one of the greatest things in this game. When off a helmet sure, but their dome like that. But the finishing slap was just icing on the cake, I had to show that to everyone.
Haha, glad you enjoyed! Kingdom Come is a great game but has been played out way too much and sort of slow. A bit of music and some sound effects really spices up the game a bit to make it much more enjoyable to watch, not to mention playing Henry as a jerk helps out a bit too!

That is the great thing that I love about the game too. Though I will say that in some of the side quests, Henry can be a bit morbid or a sleezy, something that never gets shown on the main storyline. Sometimes they surprise me, like oh shoot Henry has converted over to the Dark Brotherhood!
That first murder was shocking and I laughed. My brain was still lingering on the default narrative of Henry, and suddenly he was so out of character--no need for hardship to turn him to the deep end.

A lot of this happened while Radzig was away (before Henry finishes the sword off). But, I like to think that Radzig rode back into town with Toph and just saw all the carnage and just thought "Not again..." Toph on the other hand was thinking that Sigismund attacked earlier than he thought.
Henry has the best face for denial. Henry: what, I was at home sleeping... Bailiff: Oh likely story, you expect me.... Henry: with your mother! *Proceeds to run away while farting all over the place* That is how I expect an evil Henry to act :P
Everyone else in Bohemia is guilty of sin, the poor dogs are just being freed from their mortal coil by Henry. (Oh god that sounded dark, when I typed that, I think Henry is starting to get to me)
Yup, I want to say about 90% or more can't read the translations or know what they say, so it doesn't hurt them. The other 10% feel unimaginable pain. I do apologize lol :P
It is also possible to kill all the cumans in the riding cutscene. It is tricky because Henry is bleeding out but with the right amount of marigold decoction possible. I did it in one of my playlines.
Yup 100% that is possible. But the way I skip the cutscene, there is a way to get back to it and have them all respawn with a little twist. I am still doing recordings for next episode so not certain if I show that off or not quite yet :P But killing them all with bleeding is quite a feat. You really have to plan and chug potions to get through all of them.
Henry just wanted to use the sword all the way and lose it Runt, and after Runt takes the sword, have him take the blame. No no, Captain Bernard, I didn't have the sword. Runt did! Look its the exact murder weapon all covered in blood of a multiple towns.
Henry woke up and decided, " I'm getting hungry, for murder"

For me the first time through, I was being careful, trying not to make NPCs mad or anything.
But after beating the game I was like screw this! Time to be a jerk, and that is when the game really opened up for me!

Radzig must've been playing Mount & Blade 2 while similarly shooting down Vlandians and Battanions with an explosive shotgun with AK47 on his back playing as Gavin but never noticed Henry kept massacred every people of Skalitz at the background.
I would've been proud of Sir Radish if he was actually taking down the Vlandians death stacks for me, unlike my other NPC so called allies who funnel 100 man armies into 1200 doom stack armies that they have been bringing around.
And right when I have them on the ropes and cut down their armies and capture most of their lords, they do a peace that does nothing but let them rebuild that death stack.
No no, I didn't have problems with them recently in Bannerlord :P

As someone who did a killing run already, I'm looking forward to see how Helical will go about it with all the glitches and exploits.
Well, its not just any normal killing spree. Its one where we got to hunt down all the special spawn characters and try to get them all.
Sort of like some angry drunk Pokemon hunter or something.
The two main challenges that lie ahead of you will be immortal story NPCs being hostile and demanding 700 groshen to speak to you otherwise you can't advance the plot (and you can not pickpocket a refund) and initiating quests to spawn certain unique NPCs to add to the graves.
Side note: there is a fun interaction Nightingale has if you kill the gate guards before going on the town patrol and he doesn't care about anything you do while he gives you the tour, killed people in front of him and no reaction, just keeps talking.
I am glad you brought that up, I actually did a video on that awhile back, I still enjoy this quite a bit :D

The extra lines recorded just incase for those situations where Henry had to go on a mad rampage to make that happen is incredible.
Some of those situations I am not certain if they made the lines just in case the game bugged out and the guard wasn't there or that they were aware that people would do this?

I killed that exact same guy when i did my last playthrough, I then stole his straw hat and proceeded to wear it the whole game
Its a good hat and looks good in most cut scenes. I had to fight the urge to wear it most of this episode.

But no no, in that cinematic the guard exists only there, and no one is inside that gate house.
Would be funny because after you kill all the guards in the rest of the area, all the villagers would start running to his position making it an easy balled up target to clean up :P

I have translated the Cuman dialogue before, but I wouldn't trust my translations :P
But when I do correctly translate them, the conversations are either hilarious or either a bit spicy. Well worth doing whenever you see cutscenes or quests with them.

As you said, translations can sometimes be funny since they use Hungarian slang, which can’t be translated directly. That makes it really hard to translate for non-native speakers.

I did not know about the "kill option when he eats" ill have to check that out. From what I thought in this game since time is standing still sort of, that none of the villagers eat during this time.
He loses his immortality tag right after the dung quest, so that is a bonus there. And I think we can kill him one more time during this play through :P
I do have to say I was trying quite a bit to get out of Skaltiz when you go back to the village and Zbyshek ran out. I was trying to get a shot at him since he might not be immortal again? but that is alright, most of the character only need to get killed once ;)
@@helicalgoose I've got a clip of my Henry taking out Zbyshek and I can't remember if it's before or after the dung throwing scene... I assume after. But I'm sure you can figure it out! Great video again!

I'm certain it's after the dung throwing as everyone just goes back about their business and set npc routines. If you like I can try emailing the clip or house location? But that said if you keep away from the tavern before the cut scenes trigger I'm sure the NPCs go about their routines and the house in question is on Kunesh's side of the village...

I'm doing a 'Merciful' run and it's pretty frustrating at times not being allowed to kill anyone, even in self defence. Watching you do the complete opposite and kill everyone gives me the strength to continue.
The merciful run is just torture at times.
The only thing you can do is punch people and run.
When I did my run, I basically just ran as fast as I could and just B-lined it to the end of the game, so it wasn't too enjoyable for me other than doing a speedrun haha :P

If you're the mood for waiting for something similar, check out the Hardcore Henry series I have. It is like 46ish episodes and sort of has the same feel, but on hardcore mode, just not as keen on killing everything that ever exists in the game :P
It's so funny that in this game going around killing everyone is a lot more fun than playing the game normally xD
I think that after beating the once, that is true that the game's true fun is going into full war mode and just taking everyone out.
Playing the game is fun for me up until you get to the Monastery mission, not that mission is that bad, its just the game starts to feel like its a slog at that point and you still got like 20+ hours to go!
Kinda reminds me of when I spontaneously decided to do a New Vegas serial killer run where the rule was to kill everyone without being detected once. I got halfway through the casinos until I was like what the hell am I doing? I didn't do any quests or talked to anyone or anything, just wandered from town to town stealth killing all NPCs before moving on. I guess I was role playing as a slasher movie villain.
New Vegas is one of those games that just lets you finish the game if you want to take everyone down.
Its like the devs planned for it, where the only unkillable person is Yes man, but I mean you can kill him but it keeps coming back lol
But fantastic game to just chill out and start wiping out New Vegas :P
This one lets you do it mostly, there are about 10-15 immortal people but other than that, everyone else is fair game :P

That is such a strange glitch.
I was doing the edits and what I noticed is that there were two stools under Stephanie, one off from the other and I wonder if that stool was suppose to be under Henry? but then it was over there and that is why he sat over there instead of the bed.
But honestly, I haven't seen Henry sit normally on the bed at all.

When an animal flees and then slowly goes back, you cannot kill it
Are you talking about the horse with the cumans or the cows?
Cows you can kill that slowly walk back, but they're a pain in the butt because of the terrain.
That one horse I am fairly certain is immortal.
I didn't show the full footage of me plowing 5-10 more arrows into its head when it came to complete stop and waited.
While the other horses never stood a chance even after 2-3 arrows.
I want to say that horse the devs were thinking that you were meant to pick up and they wanted it to be immortal so if you ride with it during the cuman chase it doesn't die if they hit your horse enough.
However, I want to say they throw you on Olena anyways. I would have to do some testing on that, but I am curious enough about the horse's immortality question enough to go back and test again, that would be a strange situation that we might be able to abuse in the game :D

Everyone have thought about doing this. But its a lot of work. All this killing is a serious business.
Honestly, when I mentioned at the end, that the game recorded "155" killed, I thought it was lying and maybe accounting for all the knock out "fake deaths" of Kunesh, I did a few on him :P
But after doing the kill counter all the way, and it was that high, then like, oh my, this is a lot of people to go through and I haven't even got past the tutorial, oh god. :P
Robard standing over Henry the slaughterer of men, women and children with his hand on his sword would’ve been a better ending of the story than the real campaign.😂
Sir Robard could've stopped all this, he had his chance!
But as twists go, that would've been a good way to do a surprise ending of the game :P

28:38 It's clear what happened there: she couldn't believe the arrow had bounced off her head, so she slapped herself to check she wasn't sleeping and accidentally knocked herself out.
The arrow bounce off people's heads is one of the greatest things in this game.
When off a helmet sure, but their dome like that.
But the finishing slap was just icing on the cake, I had to show that to everyone.
The music and sound effects are just hilarious. xD

Kingdom Come is a great game but has been played out way too much and sort of slow.
A bit of music and some sound effects really spices up the game a bit to make it much more enjoyable to watch, not to mention playing Henry as a jerk helps out a bit too!

That is the great thing that I love about the game too.
Though I will say that in some of the side quests, Henry can be a bit morbid or a sleezy, something that never gets shown on the main storyline.
Sometimes they surprise me, like oh shoot Henry has converted over to the Dark Brotherhood!

That first murder was shocking and I laughed. My brain was still lingering on the default narrative of Henry, and suddenly he was so out of character--no need for hardship to turn him to the deep end.

I like that the game lets you be a jerk/angry Henry in the game with some dialogue as well later in the game. There are some parts that I never heard before because I hated being mean to NPCs, but there are some good ones out there :D

I can imagine playing through on the original release game patch, then that might the real insanity!
It is also possible to kill all the cumans in the riding cutscene. It is tricky because Henry is bleeding out but with the right amount of marigold decoction possible. I did it in one of my playlines.
Yup 100% that is possible.
But the way I skip the cutscene, there is a way to get back to it and have them all respawn with a little twist.
I am still doing recordings for next episode so not certain if I show that off or not quite yet :P
But killing them all with bleeding is quite a feat. You really have to plan and chug potions to get through all of them.
