First of All, I want to thank you for giving every piece of information for join family (spouse) visa for Ireland. You are clearing every doubt in the comment section. It is really helpful as it is panic situation. I am one question regarding the mandatory checklist I need to complete while filing the Spouse visa. There is section where I need to prove the dependency. I cannot understand that. It is written as if you have any financial and social dependency, please provide the documents and it is mandatory. I am little confused here. I hope you will clear my problem after finding the time your busy schedule.

Welcome dear😊. You need to get done your PCC before vfs appointment. Pcc is one of the important document along with all other docs.

Thank you. Yes, you can show 2months also. Actually they didn’t mention anywhere anything related to max number of salary slips. As you are on critical skills you can show 2months slip.

I. First you sort out your PCC then go for it. Anyways PCC takes 2-3 weeks. Or you can fill the application for vfs and take appointment accordingly when you think nearby date you will sort out pcc.
2. For pcc marriage certificate is enough

@@CastleOfDreams03 I meant the AVATS pre clearance form on visas.inis.gov that the applicant has to fill before the VFS.
So it should be
First PCC, then preclearance form, then VFS form?

Hi. Thanks for all the replies. How are the appointment availability for VFS India? Are there enough appointments because unless we do the payment the appointment page doesn’t show. I’m waiting for my spouse IRP renewal and want to know if appointments are easily available?

Hello, you should have visa either general work permit or critical skill. As soon you have it you have apply family joint visa.
Join family visa process is now taking 2 months an not 10 days.

Hi, Thank you. Please check video description, you will get list of documents there. And yes, you need to send all your documents via email/whatsapp to your applicant and applicant will take out the print and attach your documents along with their documents and submit to VFS on appointment day.

what about the employment details summary should we provide 1 year or 2 years, > if the sponsor has been in ireland for 1 year only and the 2nd year isnt complete yet?

1. How much time it took to recieve the depdenent VISA in India after application from India.
2. Pay slip & bank statements from sponsor end are required, that is understood, but is there any mandatory period e.g. last 6 months, or two months pay slips/bank statements from sponsor end? Thank you in advance.

1. It took 10 working days
2. You should provide latest pay slip. So, you can given them latest 3 months payslip and latest bank statement( not more than 3 months old).

Hello, once you will be in Ireland you will get stamp 3 visa in which you can’t work but you can try to find jobs and if your company willing to sponsor you then you can change your stamp. But now on stamp 3 can’t because your husband is on general work permit

@@HindiHeartsinIreland I don’t think so for your kid is required. But when you filling the application online for PCC just check once if there any option is available or not. Do once cross check with VFS also.

In supplementary form, under employment details. for name and contact details of contact person can we put a colleague's name or it should be higher authority?
Yes, you can give. It’s just for reference.
The invitation letter from sponsor can be a scanned copy or a hard signed copy is required?
Scanned copy is fine. You can type and take a print out of it.
If we are employed, do we need to fill the education details in supplementary form? If yes what documents to submit?
Its just a info about you. No document submission is required . Just mention your education detail nothing much. Don’t worry.

Hi, I would suggest don’t take risk. GNIB card is much important. I can understand its difficult to wait but just wait for few more days, once you get stamp 1 card then go for it.

Hi Ashwini, no that’s completely wrong. When i applied for study was working and when my husband applied for depended visa was working. There is np correlation between visa and resignation. Which vfs you are applying?

Hey, VFS only keep applicants passport. Rest all the documents which I have mentioned in description they just check, scan and give you back and only keep the passport.

SO I wanted to ask in the letter of intent from applicant there is a section ", I will remain financially responsible for all costs associated with my stay in Ireland" So shall I leave it like that or change it to ", I will remain financially responsible for all costs associated with my stay in Ireland which will be looked after by my spouse" as I will the one who will be bearing all her expenses.

Hello, It doesn't matter whether she is working in India or not matter is here that you are sponsoring your family so you will be responsible for everything. So you need to write you will be responsible. But she can write that you will be responsible or this point "My spouse currently resides at “Address”. I intend to travel to Ireland on “Date” throughout my stay in Ireland, I will remain financially responsible for all costs associated with my stay in Ireland. At no time will I become a burden on the Irish Government".
And you need to write a separate application for your kid also. 2 separate application for both of them.. Hope this helps.

You can show bank statement or any utility bill as a address proof. Rental agreement is not mandatory.

@@nancykalra8809 sorry I didn’t understand you completely but i think you are asking about can you do work from home in Ireland if that the case. It depends on the india employer if they are allowing or not. You can do work from home in Ireland for India no problem.
