there is no option in dropdown for child for a long term visa. it says JOIN FAMILY (NON EEA NATIONAL) SPOUSE and other options. am confused as what to select for dependant kids

I have received critical skill work permit this week. But I am in currently in stamp 1G and I want to get my wife to Ireland in dependent visa so can I apply now in India to get her to Ireland with my stamp 1G or should I wait for me to get stamp 1 card ?
