Hi Dhruv- Thanks for the detailed video. I have one question - I have received my critical skills work permit for Ireland and have applied for my VISA on 29th July, if things go well, I plan to travel by end of October and I want my wife to travel with me as well along with me. Now, does she need to wait for my VISA to arrive before she can apply for her dependant VISA or can she apply while my application is still in process in the embassy. What do you suggest?

If your company allows, apply her wife with you. If not, then wait for 6 months & then apply.

Family visit visa will take around 4 weeks.

There is no updated information on general visa holders.
I know that on general visa we can apply after one year only but that one year is considered for the permit issuance date or from the IRP issuance date?

In general work permit, the minimum salary is €34K annually. For family visa, this kind of salary they are looking for. One year from work permit because IRP take bit longer to process.

I am currently on Stamp 4 and want to call my wife as a dependent, but I was not in the country and haven't filed taxes in the country for the last year, I recently got a job in Ireland and came back after 2 years due to some emergency situation in family in India. Could you please help me like what all documents will be enough in order to sponsor my wife. She is currently studying outside India.
All documents list link in the description of the video. If you recently got a job then you have to wait until 6 month or sometimes full 12 months before you can sponsor. They will need to see your proof of earning or income for last 12 months prior to application.

Ask you company for allow her to travel with you. If not, then she needs to wait atleast 6 months before you can apply for her visa.

No.
She only get PR after 5 years of complete residency or if spouse get citizenship. Or if she can obtain critical skills.
I'm an irish citizen. I applied for my husband spouse visa 18 months ago. I was asked to provide more payslip and bank statements after 6 months of the application since then its been 1 year since i haven't heard anything back from them its so stressful. Whenever i email them, they never reply .

This is too long, definitely there is complications with your application. But there is nothing you can do, just keep at it and if they ask documents, send them on. Or a get immigration solicitor advice.

You can have talk with your company to apply together if you’ve spouse or dependants. But some companies allows thT & some don’t.
If not, then you need to wait atleast 6 months before you can apply.

South African passport ko free entry hai only as a visitor purposes, but to live & work here you need a Irish visa.

I really don’t know, its totally up to visa officer who is looking after your file. Could be or could be not.
