The only solution would be to take out all the soundtrack, but leaving the game without it’s original music would kill whole atmosphere.

the reason why they have to get permission to get the game on their backwards on their console they do not own the game they have to contact the company makes it the developers or if the company's went other it doesn't exist they have to try to contact the person owns the rights they said that when they first brought Xbox Backward Compatible

I wish that Mortal Kombat (2011) and Mortal Kombat Arcade Collection were made backwards compatible. I was also hoping for Need for Speed Hot Pursuit and it's sequel Need for Speed Most Wanted as well as Condemned 2 Bloodshot, Singularity and Ace Combat Assualt Horizon.

Need for speed I think might have soundtrack copyright issues. So it would be hard to clear it.

it's interesting how they managed to put racing games like burnout, midnight club and others with It's soundtrack, but was it really impossible for them to put NFS games into the backwards compatible list? I don't fully believe it was copyright issues, because it that was the case, then I think they wouldn't been able to even put burnout.

@@Prototyp2025 People keep asking for that, and believe me I would love to play the best version of Most Wanted 2005 (360 version) on the One X, but licensing makes it almost impossible, you have to renegotiate contracts with each and every car manufacturer and artist, and since they are out of touch with the games industry they would likely ask an amount of money
that goes beyond current sales expectations of the games.

@@ezikielshahbaz9517 I grew up and played on the GameCube version and haven't really played on the 360 version that's why I wanted it backwards, they aren't that different of course they are graphic wise but I think the 360 version has one or two cars that the GameCube version doesn't have like the Jaguar XK and Koenigsegg
