NYC Lurker Ive raised Rottweilers for 35 years now and at present time I’ve got 2 males 1 female. Yes their extremely intelligent dogs! I catch mine playing me like a fiddle!!
Rottie's are so good with kids in general and specifically babies. It doesn't matter whose kids they are. A Rottie will not let them be hurt. They are amazing animals. We had several purebreds and many Lab-rotties and they were all terrific dogs. Merry Christmas to all of you and Bruno !

I think is amazing that you do all this stuff with Bruno dude...that shows that dosen't matter what breed of dog is..if the dog has a good owner the dog will be good too..no such a thing as bad dogs only bad owners

Bruno reminds me so much of my champion (Absaroka Star. Cato) i lost him in 2006 he was 11. He was my boy and I miss him everyday. He was out of the Jenecks Wotan line. I have had rottys for over 30 years. They get in your heart. I can’t imagine my life without one.

As you can clearly see, this is one of the most dangerous dog breeds in the world. Be warned.... it’s Shame that people do think that of these beautiful dogs... they are so gentle and kind, not dangerous unless abused and not properly trained. 😐
I grow.up with Rottweilers and german shepherds, they never bad or agressive to myself, they had to anything for me and when i hurt myself they be there and bringing comfort to me. I was ever embrassed by her love! DOGS are never bad, it is the Humans that make them bad or good!
myself76NRW yes I agree. It’s just a shame that these dog breeds do have a reputation as ‘aggressive and dangerous’ dogs. Like you said, dogs are dogs. They do all have different temperaments and personalities, but in the end as long as you train them well and show them love and do not abuse them. They turn out beautiful.
Had 35 rescues ten of em being rotties never had a problem even when i brought another rescue fur baby home..they just knew ..it was ok and always was glad to have more fur babies to play with..it s how you raise em and treat em and if you get them abused then you just have to be patient with them and give them reassurance that they never experience abuse again..lot and lots of Love and understanding works .
I love rotts. We have 8 yrs old named bear. He and my husband are inseparable. They are really great loving dogs. He looks mean but my bear is so great. It's all about the love and life they receive.

Omg Bruno looks adorable in his sweater and such a good boy to let you put it on him. My used to put my first dog Goldie in sweaters when she was younger. She was a golden ShepherdPit Chow Wolf mix and putting on those sweaters got to be rough. After a few washes they never really fit even though they were stretchy. I'm hoping TH-cam works out thier crazy policy and won't disable everyone's comments because people show kids in the video.
