Thanks for your videos. Have had my Tahoma for a few weeks now. Working great. Friend has one too and we are working out specific amounts of charcoal for each types of cooks.

I love my smoker, I would say that it is above average in performance and the food that it has turned out has been great. I did a few modifications to solve a few problems that I was having and I'm thinking about doing a few more. However it's just fine the way it is

Thanks you! And thank you for watching. After my first cook I was pretty impressed I plan to do a head to head test between it and the Bronco to see which one puts off better smoke flavor. Because they are both charcoal and wood chunks. I have wondered for a long time how auto feed smokers compare.

Thanks. Yes it is. I made some chicken on it and was blown away with the smoke flavor I got. Can’t wait to put this thing through a bunch of test and head to heads with my other smokers.

It has been awesome to cook on. Easy as a pellet smoker but the taste is night and day different. It’s a Epiphone but thanks.
I've been thinking about getting a gravity feed charcoal grill for ease of use as I'm not to interested in pellet grills, Im really liking the design of this compared to the master built and chargriller .
I have been interested in this for along time also. Im ready to dive into this thing and see what it can do.
