I watched it today after you told me, shame on me. My wife is from Myerstown PA, so we try to go visit with family as much as we can but not near enough. It is such a beautiful area. We stay with an Aunt and Ucle on their farm, they our surrounded by Amish farms. They are the nicest people and the hardest working. We try to go to an Amish store just down the road from them on the Amish farm, not a tourist stop, it us so down to earth. And their school is so innocent looking and seeing the children come over the hills and through the fields takes us back to Little House on the Prairie. Thank you so much for sharing your journeys with us, they are all so amazing, and we have many to catch up on.

Yall have got to take a walk on the wild side and take us to “Intercourse” and “Blue Ball”!! My Grandmother would get the biggest kick out of that. We visited the Dutch Country every couple of years

That huge buffet last night was something to behold, how would you ever choose what to get? Looks like you are having a great time.

We really enjoyed visiting there and the surrounding area. Some interesting name towns in that area. Shady Maples is the best buffet style restaurant ever not far from there. And in another town near there Wilbur's Chocolate factory. Wilbur Buds will made there are the best. Theresa orders them for us to eat and make cookies with. We like them better than Hershey Kisses. And you can get them in milk and dark chocolate

We are enjoying your trip to the Amish Country in Pennsylvania. To backup a little my husband got a infection that spread through out his body very quickly. The surgeon thought he got it all but found out 2 days before he was released from the hospital a CT scan showed infection had spread all over so another emergency surgery and 10 days later we got to come home. So this video has us thinking when he is healed 100 percent We want to visit the Amish Country Thank y'all for sharing these videos to make up our minds for a Vacation he well deserves. Please pray for him and me that we can make that dream come true. .. PS. The surgeon described his wounds would look like a Shark bite 😢. Thank you and God Bless ❤❤

My dad grew up in Pennsylvania and I always loved driving through the amish country. It's beautiful there. I think I'll go make a shoe fly pie. I haven't had one in years. Safe travels to you both.

It varies, depending on where you are. In Lancaster, California, it's the other way. I've already had several commenters kind enough to correct me. That's always such a blessing. I actually pronounced it the wrong way when I first got there, but several people mentioned it. So, I adjusted it.

Have you been to the Amish store in North Myrtle Beach? It is fairly small but interesting.
