  • I hope this video helped you guys learn how to navigate the gym bit if you are a beginner or someone who is intimidated by the weight section, because I know I was when I first began training. We all start somewhere so it's normal not to be 100% confident in the beginning but every time I step into a new gym there are new machines I have to figure out how to work or figure out where different machines are. Be confident and act like you own the place and people will believe you.

    it would be awesome if you did a video focused on basic exercises for each category like legs arms butt back that we could use to build off of and show us which machines will be good for those exercises and what the proper form would be! great idea to do a beginners guide by a girl...lol so relatable when you have to step onto the seat to reach the bar like i do

    I’ve been looking for a video like this for so long! I’ve been going to the gym for a while but purposefully avoid certain machines because I don’t know how to adjust them for my 5 ft height. Thank you for taking the time to put this together!

    Can you turn this into a serious? Like all beginners work outs to start building muscle/strength. I'm literally starting from nothing but am having pain near my shoulder and was told to start working out to strengthen it. Also want to strengthen the rest of my body just to feel better over all .. this is great

      Taytayx0 start very slowly to build up muscle endurance, low weight and low reps until it feels more comfortable

    I've never seen a beginners guide like this. I'm not a beginner but boy this would have been helpful if I found it about 2 years ago!😝 this is awesome. It's like the little things we don't think about anymore by beginners are like woah wtf is this contraption 😝

    I went to the gym today and went on a machine for your legs I thought I was doing it right but then a guy came to me and showed me how to use it right he was really nice but...☺️🙈 It was kinda embarrassing that's why I'm here 😹

    Sometimes when i change the lat pulldown bar, I will put the weight on the lightest setting and pull the cable down to change it so i don't have to balance on the squishy seat

      MiaChanelxo then just build your strength with bodyweight exercises. You can slowly increase your load as you improve, don't worry about it we all have a starting point!

    Intimidation and fear of embarrassment due to no knowledge and experience or understanding of the equipment and exercises is what holds people back from getting into the gym and starting their fitness journey.
