    One of the best (and the ONLY video on TH-cam) that actually explains both the functionality (i.e. what part of the body it targets) as well as the operation of each machine. Also, which machines are compound (multi-joints) vs. isolated to individual muscles. VERY HELPFUL. Thank you!!!

    Thank you, I'm turning 66. I have lifted weights most of my life but never used the machines at a gym your video's are very understandable and easy to follow.
