Thank you, I'm turning 66. I have lifted weights most of my life but never used the machines at a gym your video's are very understandable and easy to follow. I'm glad someone takes the time you do to explain each machine & what it does to each muscle. again thank you and keep up the video's and I will follow you.
This is exactly what I was looking for. The scariest thing about going to gym was not knowing how these machines work. Most people are looking for stuff like this when they search guides for gym, thank you brother.
One of the best (and the ONLY video on TH-cam) that actually explains both the functionality (i.e. what part of the body it targets) as well as the operation of each machine. Also, which machines are compound (multi-joints) vs. isolated to individual muscles. VERY HELPFUL. Thank you!!!
Thank you for your comment and feedback. Glad to hear the video is helpful. Please let me know if you have any questions about anything (either here or IG). Always here to help.
Thanks for your comment Hubert. Glad to hear you've found the exercises in this video helpful. I have some lower back pain related content on Instagram which you might find useful. Feel free to check them out: instagram.com/timbullici.pt/
You’re the man for putting out this content. This is the most daunting part, looking like a fool bc you don’t know how to use the equipment. Thank you, time to get this smoke haha
I'm pumped after this comment man! Glad the video is helpful. Plenty more tutorials on the channel, let me know if there's any exercise you want me to break down... It's smoke season 😤
Thanks for your comment and question. This is not a workout routine. It's just a guide on how to perform the common lower body machines. I have an example leg day workout for beginners on my channel.
