    I recommend incorporating yoga into your daily routine- at night as part of your yoga for night time routine, or in the morning if you are feeling sluggish and need to wake up. If you are feeling anxious or have had panic attack, the focus on deep breathing and grounding can help you shift your internal state and calm your mind.

    Every morning I try to start my day with one of your videos and I was wandering if you perhaps want to do another weekly challenge with 7 short practices. If that's not gonna happen it's also oke, but I thought, there's no harm in asking😇.
