it's 40W CO2 laser tube from aliexpress pl.aliexpress.com/item/32846491493.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.31.fe641c24fv4iYd&gatewayAdapt=glo2pol
bonne initiative une co2 laser Diy😊 …néanmoins sur cette vidéo quelques détail manquent ..le trait de coupe est trop épais ..pourquoi (laser cutter seulement ) ??
Those are rated for much stronger lasers, CO2 lasers have mostly radiation in the invisible spectrum, so goggles can be transparent. Bought them from www.survivallaser.com/
Unfortunately i don't have any useful files, it was built without any plans. I was creating it step by step, solving one problem at a time. Lest say it was incremental build. I'm planning to publish part 2 soon where i will describe it more.
Do you have a build list or parts list available? Great work!
please tell me how you connect laser power supply to board ?. thanks
hi, what is the cutting speed and power for 3mm plywood?
Hi this is such a nice work , i'm working for a school project and i want to know what is caracteristics of this co2 laser tube thanks in advance

@@positronic-lab hahahahah i finished my studies thanks anyway
@@AnassRennoun. A little bit late I suppose 😅

Yes you right, line was too thick, i had a lot of trouble with mirrors alignment.
Those safety glasses would do nothing against the lasers radiation

Very impressive!
Thank you!
Amazing!!!
Where did you get the mounts for the laser tube? Looks great!
Quick design in Fusion 360 and printed them on my Ender 3 v2
tu les fabrique avec une imprimante 3d ou avec ce que tu as dans les tiroirs . 😌
Nice project
Have list of materials you have used, and what controller are you using ?
I am not tracking it, this is an iterative design / experiment. Controller - Arduino mega with ramps 1.4 and marlin firmware.
Great work!
Thanks 😊
What driver board are you using to run the stepper motors?
It's A4988

je te conseil des nema 23 avec un contrôleur approprier au final si tu veux exploiter au mieux ta machine 😊
I am planing to build mine as well, That would be great if you can share the files, thank you in advance.

@@positronic-lab Nice job! Can you share the source of the laser tube?
Very good job , your point is big . I think your are to low or your focus is wrong, Because usually cut wood in two pass was easy
Bonne déduction ..mais Tout dépend l’optique de focalisation qu’il a prise pour monter sa machine les hauteurs sont différentes selon les optiques
Luar biasa
