    I think you should have given a shout out to Further Fabrication for his design. I am currently building the y1200. I was wondering why you have 4 stepper drivers? One per axis, {X, Y, Z}, I understand. Are you using using two motors for one axis? If so, why?

      I made U-axis. For rotary jig. I dont want switch cables between X and U, thats way i made 4.

    Can I use 6mm gt2 belt for this because it is only available in my place?

    • @Do.ityourself
      @Do.ityourself  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      for X and Y is ok. but for Z i dont recomended 6mm. table is heavy and motir need much more power to move. check aliexpress, you can buy any size of belt

      I am only going to make x and y!
      What size do you use?
      Can we use 10mm?
      Further fabrication told 9mm is the max size which will fit!

      I have found that you have used 2028 corner connector but I am unable find these type of connector in my place so could I use 2020 corner connector instead of this?
      And I have one more query can I use sliding t nut for all purpose instead of spring t slot nut and rotating t slot nut?

    • @Do.ityourself
      @Do.ityourself  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yes, you can use 20x20 corners. I use GT2 9mm for XY ans GT2 10mm for Z

      Hm thx!
      So 10mm wouldn't fit for x and y?
      So I will stay with 6mm!
