@@tunerworld None at all. I've seen where some people have a harder time with #6, but that was as easy as the others for me. I'm working on a 525hp 335is . The hardest part is re-installing the hold down brackets. I used a retrieval magnet once I got it flipped up (I just dropped mine in the opposite way you do it, and then flip it up with my finger, piece of cake) to hold it in place. You can move it around to line the hole up and you don't have to worry about it falling back down. I don't have a magnetic socket, so I wrapped a piece of my parts receipt around the bolt head and stuffed it in the socket- holds it perfectly. Once I figured that out, putting the hold down brackets in takes about 20 seconds.
Important to note: When you remove injectors DO NOT WIGGLE THEM! The injector holes are prone to ovaling out, which will cause compression loss & fuel leaks out of the injector hole. You will be forced to buy an injector bore repair kit, so just take your time hammering the injectors upward!

When using protool do you need their adaptor or can I just get on off Amazon and wait less time than the 30 day expected wait

Appreciate the kind words. Glad it helped!
Where do you find the cable that connects to your phone and car?
For 2012 f30 335i do I need to pull the fuse out?
I would always pull the fuse out just to release fuel pressure! Pull fuse, crank, and then disconnect battery to be safe.
Which software to use on the phone please?
Bimmergeeks ProTool!

I have done everything to the tee in this video, i am now at the coding part. Am i missing a cord how do i connect to vehicle? I have the odb port that connects to my phone but what do i connect to vehicle for bmw 335xi
OTG adapter
Do you have the OTG adaptor and did you unlock your Android for developer settings?
Yes i did. Do i need another cable to connect to bmw?
@@davidaleman9145 what cord are you using right now? You gotta make sure you’re using a KDCAN. I like the BimmerGeeks one
Thats what i was gonna ask i ordered one from amazon. Its a k+dcan
Is injector 1 at the top and 6 at the bottom?
Injector 1 is closest to the front (radiator fan) and injector 6 is closest to the firewall

The calibration numbers? They say sometimes the eBay ones come like that
hopefully i get a response before doing this tmr morning but after coding the injectors u mentioned to cycle the ignition right after , do u mean press the brake and start the car and then turn off or what exactly did u mean?

I’m having issues with misfires after installing my injectors index12 off eBay.. I’m took my spark plugs out and noticed them very black
You think I need new sparks plugs cuz they fouled out ? Car wasn’t misfiring before installing index 12
The injectors are probably leaking.
Make sure to code injectors and clean/replace plugs!
I thought if the injectors wiggled out that means the head ports are ovaled
A good way to check the seal is by doing a leakdown test to make sure the injector is sealing correctly. They also make a repair kit for the ovaling

No
