Hygiene and body odor can also depend a lot on your diet. For example, dairy is a common allergen that can trigger acne growth. Plain sugar is also a culprit for acne. I remember when I was growing up, I used to get a lot of acne on my back and a lil bit on my face. I used to eat a lot of sugar and crap when I was growing up, so maybe try cutting out common allergen food groups like dairy and simple carbs (table sugar, candy etc)? Nowadays I might get a rare pimple or two growing on my body, but it's not as common as it was when I was younger, my skin is clear now.
You are right. Body odor, acne, etc. Also depends on your diet. I eat a lot of carbs and dairy products (pasta, pizza, cheese, milk, chocolate, bread, peanut butter...)
@@omegamalechronicles Try cutting out all the sugary shit first like chocolate. If that won't work then try removing or reducing dairy consumption. I think carbs like pasta, rice etc are fine unless you are gluten intolerant or some shit. It's weird though, I eat a lot of dairy nowadays and I don't seem to get a lot of acne.
What is hard water? I live in a place with very high temperatures and the quality of the water here is not the best. It is not recommended to drink tap water where I live.

@@omegamalechronicles Carnivore diet is the way to go. Gluten and Asperger's don't mix.

@@omegamalechronicles Hard water means a lot of minerals in it. Like Calcium. it will dry out your skin and hair
