    Super interesting. I’ve wondered about those glasses ever since they became popular. Good breakdown. I also really appreciate that you got into the science behind them. Great stuff.

      Never thought about it that way, but that certainly puts it in perspective.

    Honestly, I don't even care about the glasses, I'm just here to say Damn fine job on the video, I laughed, I giggled, I cried, and I was focused the entire time. You had me on the edge of my seat in suspense. You sir, are my favorite creator out there! 👊

    Been watching you're channel since testing all the energy powders. You're channel keeps getting better and I have a lot of respect for you being a physical therapist for the army.

    Love this video. Love this video style. I love whenever you upload your "nerdy and technical" videos. Love any of your stuff, I know you don't need to hear this but keep making them they're great!

    For anyone who wants a straight up answer, I got you. A few months ago I saw a pair on Amazon for $20 or so. And wearing them, I have noticed less headaches and fatigue. I know there is so much science to it, but it does work. Granted I don't have a gamer brand pair of glasses, but I wear them on my streams, writing, and even simple things like watching TH-cam videos at my desk. It works. Plain and simple.

    Nice video! I've worn corrective lenses my whole life, and work at a PC and game. It was a no-brained for me to get a blue light coating applied to my prescription lenses when they came out. I think they help with sleep.
    Re: eye fatigue, a bigger factor for me has been dryness. My eye doctor told me that, when we are looking at a screen, it's common to only blink part of the way leaving part of the eye dry. This adds up over an 8 hour office day with PC gaming in the evening.
    If my eyes feel fatigued/dry, a drop of artificial tears help a ton. Might be worth trying!

    Question for you Franco! Just found you & loving your thorough reviews. I would love to share information like this with my daughter, but she is 13, therefore this video would be a little bit too much for her to process, so my question is, do you have a recomendation for someone that does TH-cam Videos like you-but for kids or teens? Thank you!

    As an Optometrist myself, I know how important these really are! Anti blue light glasses block harmful blue light before it reaches your eyes. This keeps your eyes feeling fresh, reducing dryness and allowing you to focus for longer which we also produce too, check them out.

    Love the video! Just watched it as my "Watch Later" is clogged up. But what happened to TH-cam. They must not be promoting your video, because only 950 views? How!? Great work man, hopefully it'll soar up again.

    Wait... why do you have a lamp on the top border of your monitor thats actually shine on the screen?o0
    Awesome video, tnx)

    • @FracnoTV
      @FracnoTV  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s a monitor light bar. It doesn’t really shine on the screen but it’s awesome for focused light on your desk.

    I would love to see a spectrometer applied to the glasses to see if the claim is true. How much blue light does it really block?

      I thought the same thing, but I don’t have one. And they sound expensive.

      That’s not really what my channel covers but I’d recommend trying Davinci Resolve. It’s very powerful and has a free version.
