    Many thanks my man!!! It works wonder! Thanks to your video I have finally found the issue, I have been trying to fix this issue for at least 5 months! Even Volkswagen was unable to troubleshoot this thing. I was really desperate with my Golf 6 tdi 140cv CAB, I had very bad idle and some thick white smoke coming out of my exhaust pipe each time I was accelerating . At first, I thought it was the injectors, the glow plugs in vain. I even changed the entire clutch system and the engine mountings etc! On the VCDS there was no errors😢. So after having watched your video, I changed my pressure regulator. Now everything is back to normal. A million thanks. 🎉

    salutare, aceasi problema o am si eu , cbab 2009 dsg, volanta noua, distributie, rampa schimbata cu tot cu senzori, am schimbat filtrul de motorina si masina nu a mai trepidat deloc pentru o perioada de 2 sapt, acum a inceput sa faca la fel, doar la rece. sa incerc sa schimb senzorul de pe pompa ? (nu am span la regulatorul de presiune). multumesc

      @@floreacristian7415 Salut! Verifica sa n-ai valori mari pe vreun injector. Inainte sa schimbi ceva, scoate mufa cu motorul pornit, la ce banuiesti tu ca ar fi cu probleme. Scoate mufa de la senzorul de pe pompa. Las-o sa mearga asa. Daca nu-si revine, ala e. Daca isi revine, stergi eroarea si incerci sa scoti mufa la fiecare injector in parte. Daca merge mai rau, inseamna ca e bun injectorul. Daca nu se schimba nimic, inseamna ca e defect sau nu fuctioneaza in parametrii normali. Dupa fiecare incercare, iei contactul si pornesti din nou motorul. Apoi incerci cu urmatorul si tot asa. Poate ii dai de cap. Succes!

      @autoexpert7048 iti multumesc frumos pentru răspuns! Am luat un test de injectoare, toate aproximativ la fel, dupa 1minut de functionare, daca au dat pe retur 10 cm (furtun perfuzie). Pe vcds nu sunt lmai mari de 0.3/-0.2. Voi incerca ce ai spus mai sus.

    Asa face a mea, am avut impresia ca in ianuarie dupa sc. distributie. Parca se auzea un pic mai tare in vara si am fost la service, au zis ca totul ok. Se aude cand accelerez intre 900-1000 de turatii, zgomot de zici intra in regenerare. Sau cand incetinesc la semafor, cand scad turatiile pe la 900 1000. Astia de la service ma cred nebun, dar eu stiu ca nu făcea. Putere are. Zgomotul e mereu si cald si rece. Poate fi ca la tine, acel senzor? Mulțumesc

      Cred ca se aude si in mers la alte turatii dar fiind in viteza cred ca zgomotul motorului in sine acopera sunetul

      @@andreisandu134 Nu cred ca este regulatorul pentru ca la mine nu facea nici un zgomot. Avea relantiul instabil si nu avea mereu putere. Sa nu fie vreu tampon uzat si in intervalul ala sa vibreze.

      @andreisandu134 Eu zic sa nu-l schimbi acum daca nu e asa rau. E posibil sa nu fie de la el si sa dai banii degeaba. Costa 700 de lei. Lasa-o sa se mai accentueze si poate iti apare si vreo eroare pe tester si stii exact ce sa schimbi.

      Valorile injectoarelor sunt bune. Nici la mine nu aparea eroare pe nici un senzor. Le am luat prin eliminare. Am scos mufa la senzorul de aer cu motorul pornit si facea la fel. Am scos mufa la senzorul de pe pompa de inalte si facea la fel. Am scos mufa de la senzorul de pe rampa injectoarelor ( cel din stanga ) si nici o schimbare. La regulator daca ii scoti mufa se opreste motorul si nu ai cum sa-ti dai seama daca e el sau nu. Oprindu-se motorul am crezut ca nu e stricat, dar alte variante nu mai stiam. Asa ca am schimbat regulatorul si am avut noroc sa fie el. Verifica valorile presiunii in rampa. Daca oscileaza foarte rau cum facea la mine, e de la regulator. E 700 de lei unul. Inainte sa dai banii pe unul nou, fa-i proba cu altul de la altcineva. Intreaba la dezmembrari daca ti-l dau sa faci proba cu el.

      Dupa fiecare mufa scoasa o sa ti dea o eroare. O sa trebuiasca sa le stergi dupa ce bagi mufa la loc. Mufele le scoti pe rand. Stergi eroarea, apoi scoti alta si tot asa.

    On my 2010 passat when the i drive it for long trip on the idle the car si shaking,is nothing on the scan what coud me the issue..I replace the lambda senzor ,also I remove the dpf ,problem with the shaking in idle I have it before I remove the dpf
    Is smoth shaking on the engine but only when the engine is hot or I done long trip
    Sometimes shaking sometimes not
    Any ideas?

      Have you been able to fix the problem? I have the same problem on my passat 2018, while cold its fine, when it reaches temp of 100 and/or after long trip starts the rough idle. I was able to identify that the rail pressure sensor is the issue, changed it but again have the problem, while the rough idle if I pull out the sensor the car starts to idle normally

      Salut! Nu i-am facut nici o resetare si merge perfect. Consumul e perfect! Doar sa verifici sa aiba aceeasi serie ca cel de pe masina. In 5 minute a fost gata cu totul. Motorul sa fie rece ca sa nu te arzi. Sa fii sigur ca e de la el. Costa vreo 700lei. Inainte sa-l cumperi verifica si injectoarele sa aiba valori aproape de 0. Succes!

      Nu, iti ia maxim 5 minute. Sa fie motorul rece sa nu te arzi si sa pui o carpa sub sa nu-ti curga motorina pe motor. O sa curga putin din rampa.

      @@autoexpert7048 Mersi mult de răspuns , am un golf 6 plus 2.0 TDI 110 Cp și am relantiul foarte fluctoant când motorul este rece ( la cald merge și trage perfect ) și suspectez acel regulator că ar fi problema ( nu am nici o eroare în ecu ) .

    Și a mea face mai rau de atat. Doar când este rece. Nu am nici o eroare. Am schimbat toate 4 injectoarele și face identic. Sa schimb rampa cu tot cu senzori?

      Cand calci ambreiajul, mai face? Daca face doar la rece, sa nu fie descentrata volanta. Inainte sa cumperi rampa, ia-o de la cineva si fa-i proba. Sa nu dai bani pe ea degeaba si sa nu fie de la ea.

      Nu stiu ce valori trebuie sa aiba la presiune. daca oscileaza valorile cum fac la mine in clip inseamna ca e de la un regulator de presiune sau senzor presiune combustibil. vezi ca mai ai unul si pe pompa de inalte si doi pe rampa de presiune. inainte sa le cumperi, fa-le proba cu unele de la dezmembrari. eu asa am facut. cumperi doar ce e stricat.

    Am și eu o problema asemănătoare. Când sunt sub 5 grade afara și motorul este rece are o trepidatie(bătaie) ca și cum s ar rupe ceva. După ce se încălzește apa sau in mers merge normal nu se aude nimic.
    Oare de la ce ar putea fi?

      Salut, pune un tester si verifica valorile injectoarelor si la rece si la cald. Trebuie sa fie apropiate de 0. Chiar daca valorile sunt cu minus sau plus.

    hello, after watching your video i haev a question about my car, i ahev a passat CFFB 2.0 TDI, recentely i start to monitor my car data by vcds, i see that my diesl pressure fluctuating from 26301 KPA to 31801 Kpa, thats too much but car work fine, i test a freind car and i found that the pressure is almost stable '( from 29929 KPA to 28929), should i replace the RAIL FUEL PRESSURE SOLENOID VALVE (the one you are speaking about in this video) or the one located on the HP pump (fuel pump pressor sensor or named suction control valve) wich one is responsible of this fluctuating ? thank you

      @@aveirozinou2919 The pressure regulator is the one to the right of the ramp (the big one). The one on the left is the pressure sensor and there is another one on the high pressure pump.

      i had similar issues, in my case it was a failed HPFP...caused many other problems as well like injector failure. Best is to check fuel pressure in vcds logs if it has a good value. I believe over 200bar should be always.@@DrazenAndzic

      @@emirbulic722 How much was the fix? I can imagine whole fuel system removed, cleaned out and new/reconditioned HPFP. I had my cleaned out and a new rail with sensors to sort this issue but its creeping back and I'm sure it's on its way out again. Time to sell I reckon....!

      @@DrazenAndzic resio tako sto prodao auto … zezao dpf generalno , ocistim dpf, posle 3 meseca ga zapusi opet , nesto nije valjalo turbina egr dizne .. stalno punilo dpf on pokrene regeneraciju ali je ne uradi do kraja..i to sve bez ijedne greske na tabli kad svetli dpf greska tu je vec kraj upali safe mode i nece da ide

      Hello! There are several pressure sensors. One is on the pressure pump, another on the left is on the pressure rail, and the one on the right is the pressure regulator. My problem was the pressure regulator. No error on the tester. I advise you to take them from another engine and test them one by one, so that you don't have to change them all. You can also take an injector test.

      Flywheel and gluch changed so I exclude them ,I think is my intercooler blocked because sometimes my turbo don t kick off normaly and was reconditioned just couple of months ago

      mine interrupts at idle. when the engine was cold and when it was hot. It took me half a year to find his problem. in speed it works normally.
