Problems with idling and regeneration Passat b6, 2.0 CBAB, 2010 Hello! What would be the cause of incorrect operation at idle and during regeneration? It runs normally (over 1200rpm). I cleaned the sensor from the air filter, I cleaned the egr, I cleaned the damper, I changed the clutch kit and it does the same. No errors on board and no errors on VCDS! Thank you in advance!

Asa face a mea, am avut impresia ca in ianuarie dupa sc. distributie. Parca se auzea un pic mai tare in vara si am fost la service, au zis ca totul ok. Se aude cand accelerez intre 900-1000 de turatii, zgomot de zici intra in regenerare. Sau cand incetinesc la semafor, cand scad turatiile pe la 900 1000. Astia de la service ma cred nebun, dar eu stiu ca nu făcea. Putere are. Zgomotul e mereu si cald si rece. Poate fi ca la tine, acel senzor? Mulțumesc
Cred ca se aude si in mers la alte turatii dar fiind in viteza cred ca zgomotul motorului in sine acopera sunetul
Si parca temura motorul si masina de la toate chestia asta, se simt niste vibratii
@@andreisandu134 Nu cred ca este regulatorul pentru ca la mine nu facea nici un zgomot. Avea relantiul instabil si nu avea mereu putere. Sa nu fie vreu tampon uzat si in intervalul ala sa vibreze.

@andreisandu134 Eu zic sa nu-l schimbi acum daca nu e asa rau. E posibil sa nu fie de la el si sa dai banii degeaba. Costa 700 de lei. Lasa-o sa se mai accentueze si poate iti apare si vreo eroare pe tester si stii exact ce sa schimbi.
salutare, aceasi problema o am si eu , cbab 2009 dsg, volanta noua, distributie, rampa schimbata cu tot cu senzori, am schimbat filtrul de motorina si masina nu a mai trepidat deloc pentru o perioada de 2 sapt, acum a inceput sa faca la fel, doar la rece. sa incerc sa schimb senzorul de pe pompa ? (nu am span la regulatorul de presiune). multumesc
@@floreacristian7415 Salut! Verifica sa n-ai valori mari pe vreun injector. Inainte sa schimbi ceva, scoate mufa cu motorul pornit, la ce banuiesti tu ca ar fi cu probleme. Scoate mufa de la senzorul de pe pompa. Las-o sa mearga asa. Daca nu-si revine, ala e. Daca isi revine, stergi eroarea si incerci sa scoti mufa la fiecare injector in parte. Daca merge mai rau, inseamna ca e bun injectorul. Daca nu se schimba nimic, inseamna ca e defect sau nu fuctioneaza in parametrii normali. Dupa fiecare incercare, iei contactul si pornesti din nou motorul. Apoi incerci cu urmatorul si tot asa. Poate ii dai de cap. Succes!
@autoexpert7048 iti multumesc frumos pentru răspuns! Am luat un test de injectoare, toate aproximativ la fel, dupa 1minut de functionare, daca au dat pe retur 10 cm (furtun perfuzie). Pe vcds nu sunt lmai mari de 0.3/-0.2. Voi incerca ce ai spus mai sus.

hello, after watching your video i haev a question about my car, i ahev a passat CFFB 2.0 TDI, recentely i start to monitor my car data by vcds, i see that my diesl pressure fluctuating from 26301 KPA to 31801 Kpa, thats too much but car work fine, i test a freind car and i found that the pressure is almost stable '( from 29929 KPA to 28929), should i replace the RAIL FUEL PRESSURE SOLENOID VALVE (the one you are speaking about in this video) or the one located on the HP pump (fuel pump pressor sensor or named suction control valve) wich one is responsible of this fluctuating ? thank you
@@aveirozinou2919 Hello! If the engine runs normally and the consumption is good, I advise you not to change it. On my Passat, the pressure fluctuates a lot and very quickly. The engine was not running normally.

@@aveirozinou2919 The pressure regulator is the one to the right of the ramp (the big one). The one on the left is the pressure sensor and there is another one on the high pressure pump.

@@mahmoudelmazaly93 Hello! There can be several causes. Put a tester to see what errors appear. If the coolant temperature rises, check the thermostat. Maybe it's blocked.

Many thanks my man!!! It works wonder! Thanks to your video I have finally found the issue, I have been trying to fix this issue for at least 5 months! Even Volkswagen was unable to troubleshoot this thing. I was really desperate with my Golf 6 tdi 140cv CAB, I had very bad idle and some thick white smoke coming out of my exhaust pipe each time I was accelerating . At first, I thought it was the injectors, the glow plugs in vain. I even changed the entire clutch system and the engine mountings etc! On the VCDS there was no errors😢. So after having watched your video, I changed my pressure regulator. Now everything is back to normal. A million thanks. 🎉

@@cosminmihai9611 asa se intampla la gama vag. Daca iti da eroare pe un senzor, scoti mufa de la el. Daca eroarea se muta, nu acolo problema. Daca ramane aceeasi, inseamna ca acel senzor e defect.
Te salut, aceeasi problema am si eu valorile mele sunt următoarele 1--0.05 2-0,16 3-0,56 4-0,35 Nu am absolut nicio eroare pe diagnoza despre regulator. Sa fie regulatorul de vina?
Valorile injectoarelor sunt bune. Nici la mine nu aparea eroare pe nici un senzor. Le am luat prin eliminare. Am scos mufa la senzorul de aer cu motorul pornit si facea la fel. Am scos mufa la senzorul de pe pompa de inalte si facea la fel. Am scos mufa de la senzorul de pe rampa injectoarelor ( cel din stanga ) si nici o schimbare. La regulator daca ii scoti mufa se opreste motorul si nu ai cum sa-ti dai seama daca e el sau nu. Oprindu-se motorul am crezut ca nu e stricat, dar alte variante nu mai stiam. Asa ca am schimbat regulatorul si am avut noroc sa fie el. Verifica valorile presiunii in rampa. Daca oscileaza foarte rau cum facea la mine, e de la regulator. E 700 de lei unul. Inainte sa dai banii pe unul nou, fa-i proba cu altul de la altcineva. Intreaba la dezmembrari daca ti-l dau sa faci proba cu el.
Dupa fiecare mufa scoasa o sa ti dea o eroare. O sa trebuiasca sa le stergi dupa ce bagi mufa la loc. Mufele le scoti pe rand. Stergi eroarea, apoi scoti alta si tot asa.

Buna ziua! Pune un tester si vezi ce eroare da. Apoi cauta pe google codul erorii si vezi despre ce e vorba. Poate mai e altul defect. Daca e unul defect da eroare pentru ca sunt legati in serie.

Spate dreapta centru. Cel de langa numar. Poate nu l ai schimbat pe cel care trebuie. Sau nu e bun cel pe care l ai pus. Daca e in scurt inseamna ca e ars. Inverseaza-l cu unul de pe colt si vezi daca se schimba eroarea.

Pai poate sa dea in scurt senzorul. Pentru ca este ars sau defect. Cumpara unul aftermarket, dar nu o sa te tina mult. Eu am avut si a functionat un an.
Eu tot am incerat asa cum zicea-i in video, am scos mufa din fata si am pus in marsalier si tot clicae butonul si am scos si din fata si tot asa, dar mentionez ca in fata o fost o palitura in senzor, care poate fi cauza?

Nu am incercat pentru ca nu am fost nevoit sa-l schimb. Poti sa incerci daca nu trebuie sa-l cumperi. Daca il cumperi, de preferat sa iei aceeasi serie.

@@FlorinCondrea-f7k nu stiu, ca nu am demontat niciodata. Daca il demontezi, sa verifici daca are apa in el. E problema comuna la golf 6.

Your video jumped from removing the interior metal panel to the exterior door handle removal.. Does the handle need to be removed first?? I removed the window as in your video but something is still holding the interior metal panel from fully coming out, if it the exterior handle or ???
check if you have removed all the panel screws, press the 3 plastic rivets. they are located next to the long cable coming out of the metal panel. push the rubber of the cable to the inside (in the door), and there are also some plastic collars that hold the power cables. it is possible to have to break them and put others after.

Am un passat b6 2010 mi-a murit bateria,i-am.dat curent am schimbat bateria si de atunci nu mai merg senzorii.e posibil sa fie un senzor ars sau modulul.
Pune un tester si vezi daca ai eroare pe ei. Mai ia odata borna de plus si las-o 2 - 3 minute luata. Pune din nou si vezi. Poate ti-a luat eroare modulul.
La mine da senzor spate mijloc stanga am niște senzori de vw polo sunt la fel dar nu și seria poate merge sau trebui la fel ca cel după mașină
Incearca, cu aia de la polo. Nu trebuie sa fie aceeasi serie. Ar trbui sa-ti mearga

Not sure what is going on here. I notice you clicking the "UP" icon repeatedly, before the sensor reading for that group had been completed. Were you just fast forwarding? Does the calibration take place even if you move to a different group?

i had similar issues, in my case it was a failed HPFP...caused many other problems as well like injector failure. Best is to check fuel pressure in vcds logs if it has a good value. I believe over 200bar should be always.@@DrazenAndzic
@@emirbulic722 How much was the fix? I can imagine whole fuel system removed, cleaned out and new/reconditioned HPFP. I had my cleaned out and a new rail with sensors to sort this issue but its creeping back and I'm sure it's on its way out again. Time to sell I reckon....!

Îmi poți explica mai bine ? Cum anume ?
Urmezi pasii de pe vcds. Bifezi premium sau ce varianta vrei din cele 3. Apoi citesti ce scrie cu rosu. Adica ii dai un reset cum am dat eu la inceputul clipului. Neaparat sa ai acelasi model cu cate 4 butoane stanga dreapta.

Cum adică un păcănit îmi poate explica cineva? Am scos mufa de pe față și se aude un piuit dar nu se aude nimic în mașina
Bagi mufa inapoi, activezi senzorii si apoimergi la fiecare si pui degetul pe fiecare si asculti cu urechea, dar nu apesi tare pe ei. Tii degetul foarte usor pe ei si asculti.
Care nu se aude inseamna ca e stricat. Daca e unul stricat o sa ti dea eroare la toti. Daca ai tester, punel si verifica-i.
Salut mașina este combi ?Eu am Passat B6 combi 2010 euro 5 și nu am computer de bord. Vreau să pun ceasuri maxidot și nu știu cum arată maneta de la ștergator spate care are și comanda pentru bord computer. A mea este simplă.
Salut! Masina e berlina. Daca nu ai comenzi pe volan, ar trebui sa ai pe maneta cu stergatoarele. Partea de jos ai ok/reset si in capat ai trip apesi in sus si in jos. Trebuie sa ai computer de bord
@@autoexpert7048 Nu am computer de bord am ceasuri minidot și la mine nu are nimic pe maneta de la ștergator. A mea este combi și îmi trebuie să acționeze ștergatorul din spate și să aibă și butonul pentru computer. Nu am nici comenzi pe volan.

Aceeași problema am și eu , apăs pe senzori și nu apare pe navigație și se aude doar bipait ul , nu cred ca am vreun senzor ars , ce pot sa fac?
Verifica fiecare senzor in parter si asculta daca se aude un pocanit
Mie nu mi mai functioneaza cei de pe fața, dar nu am nicio eroare, de ce?
Nu-mi dau seama. Ar fi trebuit sa licare butonul pentru senzori.
@@autoexpert7048 Erau dezactivați, probabil fara sa mi dau seama i am dezactivat🤣. Dar mi am dat seama dupa cateva luni ca e ceva lipsa.. Multumesc!😘

Dacă deconectez cablajul senzori față din modul...mai îmi dă eroare?... numai am senzorii parcare față
