I don't know if you will ever see this, but I just wanted to tell you that I have never seen such amazingly beautiful quilts in my life. You are a master at combining colors and patterns, and at creating appliqué designs. God has blessed you with such an amazing talent, I am so thankful to have seen these. The beauty you have created has actually brought tears to my eyes, Ms Sitar, really and truly. I am completely overwhelmed. May you continue to create for many, many more years...thank you so much for sharing your talents with us all.

Thank you Editya you are such an inspiration. I am trying to put together a memory box for my grandchildren and a quilt that is unique and represent each one, but retains the elegant "true" quilt style. Over the years they have sat beside me with their own sewing box or getting up to use their sewing machine gramps bought very cheaply in a spotlight sale (new $99 last year 2018!)
To see an eight year old have the confidence to get up plan out her work and sit down and machine stitch is such a joy. She visits with a list of items to make now because she has a small stall once a month at school to raise money for a charity. Because they have watched you and at the ages when they started 7 and 9 they were sponges. I was so hard on them they had to earn a needle for the machine Yep, I did! They both had to tell me what everything did and why and all the safety first information and last of all sew with no needle in - I did that to show them how quickly it is to loose concentration and then feed your finger under.
As soon as they passed the needle ceremony was a big deal for them.
Sorry to be so "wordy" but I wanted you to know that I learned a lot from you and you have also taught my grand daughters who are now 9 and 12. Thankyou.

I am discovering you and your work and I am so impressed. A local quilt shop has sold me one of your quilts--Spring Sprout and I am having so much fun with it. Do you shrink your fabric when working with batiks and also do you press the finished blocks from the back? Thank you for being so talented. I will be making more of your quilts. I absolutely love them.

Wow! I've never seen anything so beautiful! I just stumbled onto your quilts a couple days ago and I want to do one!! You make it look incredibly easy and fun! Brilliant! Simply brilliant! I love quilts with birds (and flowers of course!) This is perfect. One question about background fabric...which batik did you use? I suppose any sort of neutral would work...and nd how much yardage? Thanks!

I like the pattern and the colours but not the hole process. We have forgotten to use our hands. Applique and quilt is much better by hang. It also gives you joy and relaxation. Cut the fabric by laser , use nylon threads sew it. Ιt is not the normal way to make handicrafts. It is a way to make something fast and easy. but without any spirit in it.

I have degenterive joint disease and my thumbs are not stable so i am unable to use scissors to cut the small pieces. i appreciate some one doing the cutting for me so i can make the quilt. it is not a fast way for me. it is truly the only way otherwise i wouldn't be able to indulge in my favorite hobby of quilting. so please don't be so quick in criticizing
